    This is my first time to join in on this challenge, or even to create a ticker, so we'll see how it goes...

    I will be counting my running/hiking/walking miles.

  • This will be my first challenge! I've been using myfitnesspal.com for about 6 weeks.

    My goal for this month is 75 miles using Leslie Sansone's "Walk At Home" series...and also walking outside on my own.

    I figure I want to do at least 2 miles a day, but I usually try to do the 5 mile challenge whenever I put the DVD in.

    Here's to my first challenge!! :)

    Yay! I am so glad I joined this last month and succeeded my August goal (by 2.7 miles).

    I am in it again for September, same goal, b/c I struggled in the middle of August. My goal is to do 60+.

    2.56 miles running/walking for me today! Ticker updated.
  • Been with you guys since May . August been my mist miles walked. Let's see what I can do this month. Today already have 6.67 miles down.
  • I got my swim on and did 2500 meters so somewhere around 1.5 miles. You guys are doing great!! Very impressive!

    A total of 4.6 miles walking / jogging for me today. We adopted a young, energetic dog two weeks ago who is doing the miles with me. This should be an interesting month.

    I'm glad to be back. It's great to have this challenge to make me move my *kitten* on a regular basis.

    I got in 4.75 miles today. I'll update my ticker tomorrow.

    I'm aiming for 99 miles this month. Because it's the 9th month and I like the number 9.

  • If your working out hard, calories are good, can it take like a week for the weight to drop off?
