    Tracking food? Sure. My ideal intake is 6,000 kJ. I had a salty meal yesterday so I will drop a lot of weight tomorrow and Monday.

    I have gained too much weight (from a low of 135 in 2018). I am in! It took a lot for me to finally get on the scale today after avoiding for months. The too tight pants don't lie!

  • I’m all about it but stepping on the scale everyday depress me. Because your weight will go up and down. I’m all in but I’ll step on in the beginning then the end.
