Success/struggles of the week
Success: Second back surgery for spinal fusion, Lumbar 2-3-4-5. Will improve my walking, water aerobics and swimming.
Struggle: Not tracking post surgery 1/22 for slipped disc. In Rehabilitation hospital now, will be home 2/5. I will weigh in to see results and reboot to get at/ below my GW 184, It took me five years to reach GW and I have been below since March 2018. February will be interesting!7 -
