I’m in for another round.
R100 1/7/20 (-1.6)
R101 1/18/20 (-4.4)
R102 1/27/20 (-1.4)
Start Weight- 218.8lb
Current Weight- 211.4lb
End of Round 103 Goal- 207.5
Ultimate Goal- 173lb
1/28- 211.8lb (+0.4lb) not bothered by the gain, although not seen a new low for a while now. I guess that’s the issue with writing everyday. Having said that, my tracking hasn’t been as religious as it has been previously, so must get back on track with that. I’ve got a series of goals to aim for and I’m determined to reach them.
1/29- 210lb (-1.8lb) nice substantial loss, after quite a few days of see-sawing up and down the same half pound. Cautious about this mini-Woosh as I didn’t feel well yesterday, went to bed early and only ‘picked’ at my tea. Still good to see a new low weight for a while thought. Yearning for lighter nights, so I can get back to running. Half marathon booked for late May- done the distance a lot in the past, but it will be a big deal to be able to train and accomplish this distance again.
1/30- 211.2lb (+1.2lb) I knew that yesterday’s loss was a strange one. Been much better with my logging today so hopefully a part of the gain will be elimated!
1/31- 209.6lb (-1.6lb). So happy to be back down to a new low, feel back on track in my mindset too. Ready to attack the weekend with two intense gym sessions and hopefully keeping on track with fluid and food intake. My partner is due to give birth any day now- determined to lose this weight and become a role model for my boy 🤞😀
2/1- 210.2lb (+0.6lb) Bit of yo-yo action with my weight at the moment, but overall trend is down. Planning on a lighter day today with an outdoor run too, was gonna go to the gym but I want to make the most of the dry weather and the days finally starting to get a little lighter and longer. Hopefully down tomorrow after today’s very conscious eating.

Round 103, 20th Round for Me
Starting Weight: 281.2 lbs
Goal Weight: 279.2 lbs
Day/Weight/Comment
01/28: 282.2 lbs (+1.0) … 6,870 steps. Great start to the round! Oh well, upticks happen… all the time. I’m determined to hit 279 this round.
01/29: 280.5 lbs (-1.7) … 13,107 steps. Right back down close to my previous low. I’m a little surprised as I ate a bit more than usual yesterday. Pushing my activity level a bit more this week -- messed around with Ring Fit Adventure on Switch this morning and am thinking about going on an hour walk at lunch if it’s not too cold out. I’m near the end of my audiobook and that’d be some good listening time.
01/30: 281.0 lbs (+0.5) … 10,773 steps. Another small uptick, but I’m trending in the right direction. Got 13,000 steps yesterday, which is the first time I’ve been over 10k in quite a while. I’ve been slacking. Hoping to take another walk at lunch today if it’s not too cold out -- it’s chillier this morning than it was yesterday.
01/31: 280.7 lbs (-0.3) … 12,350 steps. Holding pretty steady around here, just tiny fluctuations. I’ve been increasing my physical activity this week though -- short morning workouts at home and 2.5 mile walks at lunch for the last few days -- so hopefully I’ll see some results from that soon.
02/01: 281.3 lbs (+0.6) … I was pretty hungry yesterday, so I’m surprised that this uptick isn’t bigger. Pretty happy with it as it is, given how much I ate. Today should be a lighter day food-wise.

02/01 - 149.3 - Had Fire Brigade Appreciation dinner last night and they catered in fajitas so I'm sure this is a sodium and slightly later than normal dinner time bump. Not at all worried about it. We catered for 20 and there were six of us so we each got to take home some food which I'm about to dig into as I'm well past my fasting time (I got busy/distracted and I'm just now starting to feel a bit hungry). Going to try to weigh in tomorrow morning (will be an early morning, I have to leave my house before the time I normally wake up for work!) but I'll have to remember my weight so I can post once I'm at the airport. I'm so excited to see my BF and the crew, even if only for a few hours, and nervous for this interview all at the same time. Its an odd combination of emotions. Purged a lot of the donation stuff from my house. Only 2 more bags I need to drop off that I didn't have room to take in my car today. Otherwise, its organizing and packing more of the non-essentials just in case Monday goes better than I expect (municipal company so it usually takes a bit longer to go through the hiring process -- don't expect to hear yes or no on the job right away but I'm going to be prepared in case).
02/02 - TBD - Fly out to Texas early. Will try to weigh in and post.
02/03 - DNW - Interview in Texas!

Previous Day's Comments01/28 - Holding steady. TOM finally arrived and so this uptick from my low last round must have a little influence from that. Traveling for work today so a 2 hour commute each way ): At least I get paid mileage reimbursement at a good rate for it. Get to talk to my boss today for a question he had about my pay 2 weeks ago. He didn't approve my pay and the pay window closed yesterday so we get the payout Friday. If I don't get paid Friday, I'm in a very very very bad situation. I'm a little peeved at my boss that I even need to be worried about getting paid Friday. This happened 2 weeks ago today! Why are you bringing it up so late and risking my pay?! Please help me not stress eat... I've been tossing and turning all night, barely got restful sleep. And during those times I tossed and turned, I was absolutely freezing, despite usually being too hot under all those layers.
01/29 - Found my TOM bloat plus some. At a work conference and food is provided. I started getting dizzy and lightheaded so I went to get some food and the only thing available was a donut so I ate that. Then catered Chick-Fil-A (delicious, but not exactly nutritious). Not sure what today's catered lunch will be. Hopefully they have a fruit tray for breakfast again (the fruit was gone by the time I got dizzy) and I'm going to get some early so I can snack once I break my fast (lunch is an hour later than I normally eat it and I break my fast between 1030-11, 11 being the plant's normal lunch break). At least fruit will hold me over an hour. Just have 2 yoga (YWA HOME) practices to do today and I'm all caught up! I really do love it. Calendar should be out today for February. Pretty excited!
01/30 - Back on the downward trend. Got my logistics (flights, hotel, etc) coordinated yesterday for my interview Monday. Apparently the hiring manager is excited about this which makes me nervous and excited (more so than I already was). Lunch ready for today and tomorrow. Have a steak for dinner and a Fire Brigade dinner/awards tomorrow to get me through to Saturday food-wise. Pushing water. I tried to yesterday but it was rough trying to drive home with a full bladder every 2-3 seconds it felt like! Today I'm at my home office so it'll be easier (: Caught up with HOME yoga, today is the last day, tomorrow is close-out. I already have February's calendar printed and I'm going to try to stick with that (pending any life updates). Now time to read and get caught up on everybody over the last 2 days! I was able to post but not read
01/31 - Aaaaand back down. Now lets maintain this for the weekend at the very least. I'd like a drop, but with the travel Sunday and Monday, maintaining would be best for me that way I know I'm doing something right. Maybe I'm odd but I hate using the bathroom on planes so I typically don't hydrate enough when I'm flying (though I always have a water bottle with me to sip on, I know its not enough). Today is a good day. I scheduled payments to pay off one credit card (a whole $25), paid a little more than minimum on the the other credit card (I had paid off with consolidation but car maintenance got me), and made my first payment on my new loan (the consolidation loan. Has no early payoff penalty, lower interest rate, and I don't have to calculate how much I can pay each card each month. Maybe not the best route, but I froze all my credit cards so I can't increase those anymore and I can't increase my loan so it definitely helps me mentally tackle things). I'm feeling extremely positive and today's weigh in just made me feel that much better.

Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 125.4 lbs If anyone ever checks out my spoiler, you'll see I finally implemented a new trend strategy some of you have encouraged: calculating my average round weight. I'm at this nitpicky stage of 'fragile maintenance' as I'm calling it, and I feel it's time to get a broader sense of how I'm doing (I have also been using the trending app Libra for close to a year now and highly recommend!).
Anyway, using my round 102 average as the weight to subtract from my initial weight when I joined this challenge back in round 71, it looks like I've kept off 32.2 lbs! I'm proud of that. Last year, I felt so puffy and uncomfortable in my clothes, and I don't feel that way now- though I have the problem of unintentionally dressing in a way that seems to add about 15 lbs! I'm so used to hiding in my clothes and I don't know how to dress myself anymore.
01/29 124.4 lbs I feel pretty good at this weight, though (I know I always say this and never do anything about it) I really need to tone up. I have zero muscle tone! But here's an equally tough problem: at your desired maintenance weight, should you try to get maybe a pound lighter (I can still pinch plenty o' inches for sure!), so there are a few buffer pounds? I need to cruise the maintenance forums for wisdoms!
01/30 DNW
01/31 124.4 lbs I've returned from my one-day voyage to the maintenance forums, and re: the question I asked above, I learned there's a lot of focus on (1) BMI and (2) recomposition (recomp, aka tighten and tone via strength exercises). The BMI approach to maintenance isn't right for me, as I'm 5'7" and have really small bone structure- as in, my wrists are the size of my 8- year-old small (unfortunately, you can still add plenty 'o fat to a small frame!). So even doctors have told me to disregard my BMI because my BMI "underweight" range is my "normal." It's annoying because I was even turned down for life insurance because I was underweight, according to my BMI, and trust me, I wasn't at all underweight then, but much healthier and fitter than I am now. A one-size-fits-all chart doesn't fit everyone [BMI rant over lol].
Clearly, recomp is where it's at for me, which means...exercise! Currently, I do none. I need a gentle plan usually reserved for seniors recovering from a hip injury, not kidding.
02/01 125.4 lbs Not a bad pre-vacation weigh in. Hopefully, I can end the round strong, along with all of you!

69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Now I'm waiting to get my hip fixed. Hip Doc said surgery in April. Ugh! I can't do any walking or biking...both kill me. I see my personal trainer three times a week. She is taking it very slow and easy with me.
I have March 10th as my hip surgery date...much better than April!

01/27 …..190.0….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
01/28 …..189.9 ….. TMI helped. I think there is some exercise inflammation today. Very very sore from the long school walk. Walked for 2 hours and 7 minutes at a pretty good pace burning 743 calories. Another 28 minute walk burned an additional 125 calories for a total burn of 868. Incomplete logging as I fell asleep early & exhausted. Yay me. I slept 6 hours & 29 minutes. A guesstimate of calories in are about 1800. Calories out 2834. 23,076 total steps & 10.18 Total Miles. 13/13 fitbit step hours. TRAVEL TODAY taking brother for some hospital testing including liver ultrasound. I will be leaving shortly and will be back sometime after dark tonight. I am going to try to stay strong & not upset the balance of my progress in my sugar levels. Good luck everyone on this new round & thanks grandmajackie for posting.
01/29 …..191.8 ….. I’ve posted some new goals today. In regards to yesterday: My brother (who chooses the restaurant since he rarely travels & doesn’t drive) chose Pizza Hut yesterday during our travel. The WORST place for low carb. I don’t eat lettuce or salad so I tried to keep my portion small. My belly & thighs are like magnets for carbs. The scale goes up and the clothes feel tighter. I did try to offset by walking 58 minutes at about 3.0 mph in my house last night burning 325 extra calories. Otherwise, a lot of sitting during the driving and then later, more sitting during the movie night with my son. I had a few snacks I probably didn’t need during the movie but I tried not to let the pizza earlier turn my whole day into a carb fest. I hope a lot of what was on the scale this morning is fluid retention and will sort itself out today because it wasn’t a huge over-indulgence, just the wrong foods. Overall fitbit stats: Calories in unsure / Calories Out 2406. 14,315 Total Steps & 6.06 Total Miles. 11/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 4 hours & 27 minutes and am tired and groggy. Even with feeling so foggy and exhausted, I feel a strong resolve today. My glucose numbers were not bad this morning and it makes me feel encouraged. Welcome to all the newbies!
01/30 …..191.8 ….. Holding steady which is actually nice considering the very unexpected “lets go out to lunch” invite I got from DD#2. I couldn’t turn her down because we only get out together for anything a couple of times a year so we stayed local and I was mindful though I was over calorie and carb but not too bad. Fitbit stats: Calories In unsure/Calories Out 2409. 14,465 Total Steps & 6.12 miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 29 minutes but it was a toss & turn horrible night. Tired today. I walked for 79 minutes with DGS #2 (age 11) at the school while DGS #1 was in tutoring and hopefully getting back on track (ADHD). It was a shorter walk because tutoring is only 1 hour but we got it all in and a little extra after tutoring to boot. It is worth cutting my walks shorter if my grandsons each benefit in some way. Today will be another walk with grandson #2 during tutoring again. I am hoping to get my son out there with us, we shall see. I have to bribe him, but it’s a start!
01/31 …..191.6 ….. a small drop for which I am grateful. I had a slow sugar drop last night at about 2:30 a.m. I kept it under control but it did put me on the higher end of the carbs & calories that I normally aim for. Drats! Just when I thought I was out of the woods. It’s a process so as long as I see improvement in my glucose (and my weight) I guess I will be happy. Yesterdays ending stats: 1778 Calories In / 2554 Calories Out. 47 Net Carbs. 17,172 Total Steps & 7.27 Total Miles. 11/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 55 minutes and awoke refreshed. I walked after school in the halls with DGS #2 again and this time my son ACTUALLY JOINED ME!!! I had to bribe him with food (I know, I know, not a great idea but he doesn’t respond to much else with his autism). I picked him up a carry-out dinner that stayed well within his calorie limits for the day. I also got my two DGS’s something to take home to share with the family. I, however, came home and made an omelet and two turkey sausage links. NSV to smell that food in the car after taking such a long school walk and ordering nothing for myself, so yay me!
02/01 …..191.6 ….. I suspect the scale will creep up tomorrow. Today it is staying level in spite of the fact that I ate back all my exercise calories plus 63 over. My carbs were over too. Best calculation: 2102 Calories In / 2566 Calories Out. 107 Net Carbs. 17,562 Total Steps & 7.43 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 6 minutes and woke up tired, needing more. I walked alone at the school in a power walk mentality at about 3.75 mph average for 123 minutes burning 742 extra calories. Exercise on point, diet notsomuch. Today I have lots of projects I’ll be working at while at my home/office since I cannot walk the school halls on Weekends. Very icy out and beautiful large fluffy snowflakes coming down today. Looks like Christmas. I hope to fit some prep cooking in today to make staying on point easier. I’ll use up the friendly veggies I have but no shopping today. I say no to icy roads when possible!

Hope all goes well with your partner and the baby and that she had a relatively easy time. I read on your post some weeks ago that she was 37 weeks pregnant at the time the same stage as my daughter; she gave birth to a delightful healthy baby boy on Sunday. Thinking of all three of you and looking forward to your announcement x.7 -
69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well.

Round 103 - Jan.28 to Feb.6
Female, 5’, 66 years. SW – 165, GW – 163 something, UGW – 140. (This really should be 125 or 130 but that seems like such a long ways to go and 140 would be a huge improvement.) The 12 hr. IF along with everything else (portion control, watching calories in foods, exercise) seems to be working well for me.
This round I’m keeping on with IF and want to add getting to the gym 3x a week. I also want to better plan out my gym times. Right now I tend to get into it and spend about 1 ½ hrs. there and unconsciously I think that makes me put it off. If I can make it a real habit, even if it’s only 1 hr., in the end I’m ahead.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 – 165 – Good day at the gym yesterday. Guess that balanced the evening snack after practice.
01/29 – 165.6 – IF last night though I sure didn’t feel like it. I suppose that is the result of giving in on Monday. Off to the gym today.

02/01 – 164.8 – Made it to the gym yesterday. Snack last night so no IF.

01/28 73.2kg - no exercise, 16.5hrs hrs fast
My eating window was a bit longer yesterday as dinner took long was quite small and I then had a bunch of snacks, silly me. Today, I stayed home sick, sore throat turned into feeling overall unwell. So hardly any steps and no exercise.
01/29 73.1kg - no exercise, 16hrs
Still off sick. I have to accept that I won't meet my step, running or yoga goals this week. It would be nice if Fitbit had an option to add this and put goals on pause.
01/30 72.8kg - no exercise, 15hrs fast
Back to work for the day as it is my bosses last day. But I'm not 100% well and will stay home again tomorrow.
01/31 72.6kg - no exercise, 17.5hrs fast
Stayed home, sick again feel better. No exercise, just went for a walk which was good. Hopefully I can sneak in a short run on Sunday.
January stats:
- 13 runs, 72km
- 20 days of YWA Home done
- each week I walked+ran more than 50km
- average fasting time: 15.7hrs
02/01 72.4kg - YWA Home Day 21+22, walk, 17hrs fast
Started the day with yoga,
I'm very happy with this loss rate, but fasting is easier when home and sleeping longer. So I need to consider my meeting schedule for my eating schedule. I already know stress eating will be a problem, so will aim to take chopped veg for that. Anyway, it's Saturday, why am I already worrying about work?

Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 79,2 kg ate a lot and was not satisfied probably because of hormones. But I stuck to keto foods, just ate over calories. which was okay, I am still in a deficit over a few days.
01/29 79,2* kg 18 hrs, stuck to the routine. Was for a short while hungry after work at a late hour. It's always the same, I have too much adrenaline after work in my body (I guess) which makes me hungry until I am able to relax. Now it's sort of okay with a bit of mindfulness/ meditation.
01/30 79,2* kg Had two meals - that seems to be a regular when I have a non-fasting day, haha, and hormones are not interfering. All good. A ring now fits on my right hand. Before it didn't fit at all, then only on the left. Non-scale progress.
01/31 79,2*kg Fasting day, went well. was under calories.
02/01 79,2*kg Had a big ribeye steak and about 100% of calories. Unfortunately late at night I ate a snack - pork rinds - which means that my fast for tomorrow should go to 6:30 pm. Now I am feeling too full from this small snack. Stupid hormones, I wish my body would make up its mind beforehand...

@carol7878 -- I know it seems counter-intuitive, but you may want to up your calories a little bit. Eating below 1200 at your weight and height is below BMR and may cause your body to hang on to pounds. I would up the calories to at least 1200 and see if that breaks the stall. At under 1200, weird things can happen!10

01/28 138.5 -- A bit irritated. Yesterday was a good day, so no idea where this came from. Frequently, I guess I have a drop, bounce up and then go down to stay....but this still annoyed me!
01/29 138 -- Wishing it was better than this! Good day yesterday and I'm sticking to plan!
01/30 138 -- At least it isn't going up. Feeling a bit low energy yesterday and today.
01/31 137.5 -- I was really hoping the holiday weight gain would just come right back off. Sadly, it seems it wants to be a bit more stubborn than that. On the other hand, I'm only 5 pounds up since the start of chemotherapy, and the mastectomy before that. And my clothes still fit, and I'm feeling pretty healthy. And those 5 pounds mean I don't have to worry about maintenance for some time still. So I'm settling back into the it's a journey, not a destination. Glad to be on this journey with all of you!
02/01 138.5 -- Clearly I offended the scale and it is taking it out on me. It is refusing to reflect my virtue this week.

Day | Weight | Change | Comment
01/28 | 134.3kg | No change | Didn't eat properly or move a lot over the long weekend, but at least I avoided the booze, for the most part! Plan for this week is in place, now I just need to stick to it.
01/29 | 134.0kg | -0.3kg | Only did a little bit of walking yesterday, but did eat better overall than I have been. Need to do something about my snacking in the evenings - we tend to eat dinner very late (9-10pm) so I do get hungry in the meantime and will eat anything I can find! I will try to bring dinner earlier, though it's unlikely to be earlier than 8:30pm as the baby goes to bed about 8pm usually so that's realistically when we can cook dinner! I do notice my snacking is better on nights where we have leftovers to eat, as we do eat a lot earlier then. Something to work on, anyway!
01/30 | 134.0kg | No change | Very late dinner (11pm!) as my mum and sister were visiting and time just got away from us. Was not a healthy dinner. Drank a few beers. Very late to bed - 12:30am and had to be up for work at 5:30 am. But it was a fun night and we don't get to do it often, though it's a two-coffee kind of day today!
01/31 | 133.3kg | -0.7kg | I’m not sure what the story is with this whoosh but I hope it sticks around!
02/01 | 133.7kg | +0.4kg | Pretty active day, took my little to the pool with a friend & my sister. Did some of a beginner kickboxing video which got my heart rate way up! And did some yoga which felt great on my hip. Then had a few beers with hubby last night so it was a nice, relaxing evening watching some movies.

01/28 - 190.4 not sure why I'm still going up, I ate very well yesterday. Will keep pushing today and hope to see some progress before I leave on my work trip. Scrambling to get lots of stuff ready before the trip!
01/29 - 188.8! So glad to see the scale move down instead of up. I was starting to get worried that my new prescription was responsible for the increase as I've read that can be a side effect, but trying not to get too paranoid and this helps. Continuing to power through work to prepare for my trip and making myself find time for exercise again. I was exercising daily before the holidays and now I've gotten so overwhelmed with work and my 4 hour commute that I stopped. Need to stop making excuses and get my rear back in gear. I think I have finally picked out my wedding dress and now I feel extra motivated to work to look my best in it.
01/30 - 188! Very happy, hope I can maintain this progress through the end of the challenge. Won't be able to weigh on my work trip so I'll just have to aim to maintain through the weekend and try my best while I'm out of town. Nervously preparing for my work trip now, hoping to get lots done before I'm presenting all next week. Sticking loyally to my diet today and trying to get some exercise in. I wanted to yesterday but I had a migraine for most of the day/night. Will do better today!
01/31 - 187.8! Did a good job at eating well today except for at dinner. Gave myself a break because it's our anniversary tonight Drank more wine than I normally would, but otherwise I ate on plan. Got a lot of exercise today. Very happy day! I'm sure I'll see an up on the scale tomorrow but hopefully I kept it in check enough that it's not that much.
02/01 - 188.2! Not too bad. I'm sad to say that I woke up pretty hungover and definitely didn't make the best food choices today in dealing with that. But also didn't make the worst food choices so hopefully I am near 188 tomorrow. We will see... Getting very nervous to leave on my work trip, lots of stuff that I hoped to have done for it but don't. Hopefully it goes well anyway. Tried to get work done today but it's hard when I feel icky

Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 – 173.4 – Met my goals today, but had a high sodium lunch. Scratchy throat - Hope I’m not coming down with another cold.
01/29 – 173.4 – Holding steady. Gorgeous sunny day, so I was hoping to walk at the beach. Lost my voice after teaching back-to-back classes, so I skipped the walk on the windy boardwalk, did a couple of quick errands, and headed home to make a pot of tea and do some grading. Fortunately, I don’t have any classes tomorrow. Well under my calorie limit and drinking lots of extra fluids. Hoping that and an early night help me get back up to speed quickly.
01/30 – 172.6 – Nice to see another drop bringing me back to where I started the last round. Felt great after my gym session this morning. However, my 2-hr training workshop this afternoon required a lot more speaking than I’d anticipated, so my voice is even more strained. I seriously need to rest it tomorrow. Met my calorie, hydration, and exercise goals. If I do a quick load of laundry tonight, it’ll be a clean sweep
01/31 – 172.6 – January was a challenging month, but I’m happy to be ending it at a slightly lower weight than I started. This was my first week of really utilizing the campus gym, and it’s gone well but has eaten up a lot of time. The key will be keeping it up as the semester gets busier. My voice is on the mend, helped by lots of herbal tea and a bit of honey. Skipped the wine tonight and made a simple dinner with berries for dessert, banking some calories for the weekend.
02/01 – 171.6 – Woosh! Nice way to start a new month. Cool and dreary day, but my husband and I walked the marsh trail in the park after lunch. It was great to get out, even though we kept it short because DH isn’t a fan of damp, chilly weather. Made some progress on chores this afternoon and stayed within my calorie limit, even with a post-dinner snack of wine and chocolate

Started a very low calorie diet on Jan 17. I have ended each of the last 5 years heavier than I have ever been before. Have a very complicated, very unhappy relationship with food. Am hoping taking the thinking and choice out of it - by focusing on low-calorie ready meals - can help me get where I am trying to go.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 103 (round 35 for me ) I'm in for another round – really need to move on (again) ! Thank you GrandmaJackie.
Female age 61 5' 4”
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !
This round goal to just lose - aim to stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking & refrain from attacking the cookie jar and left over Christmas chocolates – plan is to put them in DH lunch box each day 'til they're gone!! - there are still residual bits hanging around hubby will have finished them by end of this week!End of round 69 134.2 lbs

End of round 101 137.2 (3.8 pounds up from last round)
End of round 102 136 (1.2 pounds down from last round – not bad considering Dad unexpectedly passed away 3 days before end of round & I went totally off plan & no walking!)
Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 136 – 3.84 miles walked only yesterday – still off plan following loss of my Dad 3 days ago. Got my head together this morning & back in the game, hope to be able to get 9 mile walk in today in between phone calls, making arrangements etc. regarding Dads passing.
01/29 134.4 8.93 miles walked yesterday, good to be back on track, all macros and calories well in green. NSV – didn't turn to food when I was frustrated with red tape & bureaucracy regarding delay in issue of Dad's death cert to finalize funeral, in fact I didn't even realize that until this morning!!
01/30 134.4 – 11.52 miles walked yesterday, all calories & macros well in green. Finally caught up with all the posts, took me the last 2 days to catch up from the start of the round. Once again, thank you all for all your kind wishes and prayers, can't tell you enough how much this lifts me. This group is the best!
01/31 133.4 – 10.34 miles walked yesterday, calories & all macros in green. All Dad's funeral arrangements finalized albeit can't get fitted in for a further 4 ½ weeks !!?. Feeling less anxious now.
02/01 133.8 - 9.74 miles walked. Carbs 34 over, but calories & all other macros in green. Come away for a weekend in our caravan for a chilling weekend, we're near to our DD & will be seeing our brand new baby grandson & his cute brother later today 😊 .
02/02 133.8 - 7.49 miles walked yesterday. Calories 211 over, carbs 49 over. Lovely day with 22 month old DGS#1, took him to a country park, kept him out for 5 hours which gave DD & SIL chance to catch up on 3 hours sleep as tiny baby delightful DGS#2 is sleeping all day and breast feeding all night - well cluster feeding anyway. Such a lovely day.
