    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 253 on January 11, 2018
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 191.8

    Jan. 6: 191.8 A nice small overnight drop. I need better choices & more water.
    Jan. 13: 195.4 I am really fighting severe glucose drops & frenzied eating to bring it back up. Horrid! Until my blood sugar stabilizes, I can't begin to set each month's goal. I will get there....
    Jan. 20: 189.7 Its been a week of blood glucose highs and lows. Slowly I am re-adjusting my body to my original meal plan & exercise goals. Each day finds me feeling a bit better and closer to better numbers all around. It’s nice to see this drop. It was done slowly, a little everyday for the most part.
    Jan. 27: 190.0 I made goal right on target but with a severe struggle due to the glucose issues. I am still actively work hard on that and hope I can get it resolved soon.
    Jan. 31: 191.6 I’m not ending this month very well. It will be a catchup game in February.

    WINTER WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 2020 (January, February, March and April) A Continuation

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 1/6/20
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 224 (350+ starting weight in 2019, 225 end of 2019).

    Jan. 6: 227 - (MFP current low at 223.4 and my normal weigh in Day is Wednesday so i'm adjusting key challenge schedule accordingly.) I just got back from a 2 week vacation and need a week to dump this water weight, I stayed close to calorie counts so actual weight should be 223-225 once thats gone)
    Jan. 15: 221.3 - Burned off the water weight and made some positive progress. Not as far as I’d like to have went considering but the holiday weight took longer to recede than I thought it would. I’m going to hold the goals and let it fade. I moved my Feb goal to something I think is attainable when factoring overage from Jan that may need to be caught up.

    Feb. 5: 216.5 - I had a really bad tooth infection and was put on fairly strong painkillers as well as antibiotics and had a quickly scheduled procedure in the course of 1 week in the third week of January. It showed up as a crazy amount of water weight but my logging stayed consistent and as hoped it still showed a drop when it all settled. Not sure if that little setback on overall loss makes Feb unattainable now but we’ll see. Regardless I should hit my final goal body fat percentage sometime in my goal timeframe even so!
