I had achieved my goal last Winter and gone into maintenance. I hope y'all don't mind a maintainer in here as an interloper. When you get to your goal, you'll see that maintenance is still a challenge. I have mostly stayed within my goal range, but have bounced around a bit.

January Actual: My scale went up three pounds overnight from my late night feast. Oh well. It's still a bit lower than the beginning of January, and my ten-day average weight is definitely back down at/below goal about 2.25 pounds less than the beginning of the month. Last week's weight was low from the bug that was running amok in my gut. I am optimistic I can stay at my long term goal of 143 with small fluctuations.

Actual Weight loss for the challenge: After the gains in October through November, I'm really happy to be back right at my maintenance weight.

@mtaratoot, Yes! Thanks! I take losses and gains in stride. 98% of the time I am on track with eating. PT exercises keep me active enough to get through the days when my joints and tendons rebel, then I can get on with regular exercise. I'd like to get back to my weight from Spring 2019 by the middle of Spring 2020.1

Jan. 13: 195.4 I am really fighting severe glucose drops & frenzied eating to bring it back up. Horrid! Until my blood sugar stabilizes, I can't begin to set each month's goal. I will get there....
Jan. 20: 189.7 Its been a week of blood glucose highs and lows. Slowly I am re-adjusting my body to my original meal plan & exercise goals. Each day finds me feeling a bit better and closer to better numbers all around. It’s nice to see this drop. It was done slowly, a little everyday for the most part.
Jan. 27: 190.0 I made goal right on target but with a severe struggle due to the glucose issues. I am still actively work hard on that and hope I can get it resolved soon.
