            WINTER WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 2020 (January, February, March and April) A Continuation
 STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 1/6/20
 CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 224 (350+ starting weight in 2019, 225 end of 2019).
 Jan. 6: 227 - (MFP current low at 223.4 and my normal weigh in Day is Wednesday so i'm adjusting key challenge schedule accordingly.) I just got back from a 2 week vacation and need a week to dump this water weight, I stayed close to calorie counts so actual weight should be 223-225 once thats gone)
 Jan. 15: 221.3 - Burned off the water weight and made some positive progress over my pre-holiday and vacation weight. Not as far as Iโd like to have went considering but the holiday weight took longer to recede than I thought it would. Iโm going to hold the goals and let it fade. I moved my Feb goal to something I think is attainable when factoring overage from Jan that may need to be caught up. - Net loss over ACTUAL starting weight: 2.1lbs

            A little background: I am a 5'9" female who was 163 and lost 13lbs to 150lbs back in 2012 (this was my goal weight), got lazy stopped tracking found myself at 193lb in 2017, lost 20 lbs again in 2018, stopped tracking once again and have popped back to 193lb here in 2020.

 CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 172.4 lbs (I weigh in every Fri ~ longtime habit ~ so I will be posting twice a week.)
 Jan. 6: OK. Here we go...Fri Jan 3 ~ weighed in @ 171.2 ~ I'm really hoping that this time my "plateau" is finally OVER!! I just have 1or2 questions: Why, oh WHY do cough drops have to have calories?! ๐ And if I cough my head off for a week, does that count as exercise?? ๐ท๐๐ ...MON JAN 6 ~ 172.6 lbs. I must be holding water or something cuz even tho' I've been sick & not working out very much, I have been VERY CAREFUL about weighing everything I eat. At this point I am *this close* to giving up. ๐ฅ

 Jan. 13: Fri Jan 10 ~ 171.6 lbs ~ OK...I'm not gonna say any more. I don't wanna "jinx it." ๐ ...MON JAN 13 171.6 lbs ~ one comment: "thank God it's not a gain" ...that's all I was worried about; starting today, finally back to workouts!!
 Jan. 20: Fri Jan 17 ~ 171.2 lbs ~ back to where I was, at least! not bad...not great...but not bad! I'll just pick it up from here, I guess!
