    STARTING WEIGHT (Back with Weight Watchers): 206 lbs (I've been on MFP for a year now)
    LOWEST WEIGHT: 145 lbs
    GOAL WEIGHT: 150 lbs
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 171.6 lbs

    Jan. 11: 174.4 (+2.8 lbs) -- NOT a good week. :( Meh.
    Jan. 18: 170.9 (-3.5 lbs) -- YEEESSS!!! Look what happens when you stop eating crap all week long! :D

    I like the time frame for this challenge but not sure if it's the right one for me. Starting today but my goal is fat loss, strength building, daily activity, and maintaining a healthier diet. There's a big difference between weight loss vs. fat loss and while I'll weigh myself every day while at home, I'm not focused on the scale since it doesn't paint the entire picture (and it can be very misleading if you're including strength training in your program).

    Thoughts?
