    Journey so far:
    Jan 2015: I joined MFP at 227 lbs and gradually reduced
    Oct 2016: finally hit my target of 155
    Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s
    Jan 2019: still wavering round 170
    July 2019: bounced up and down between 160 and 170
    Aug 2019: Gave myself the proverbial kick up the a** and buckled down!
    Oct 2019: Set new goal weight of 150 by year end
    Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts
    Aug: -8.31 (a lot of this was holiday weight gained in July)
    Sept: -4.71
    Oct: -4.2
    Nov: -2.2 (Strength workouts temporarily slowing progress)
    Dec: + 4.4 (Christmas indulgences)
    Jan: - 1.3 Goal: under 150. Achieved on 11/01. Popped back up on three days thereafter.

    • Cut down on eating between meals

    So good to see the number keep dipping down! Part of me is worried that the first 10 are the easy 10 since I’ve stalled around 150 a few times. This is the time that that changes though! I’m committed.

    Up a couple pounds since January 😐 ate like trash last week and only worked out 3 times. I have 4-5 pounds of water weight from a bad diet.

    3 February 253.8 humph. Hubby back in hospital and eating late affecting my routine.

    4 February 254.3 Just what I didn’t want but as above hospital visiting and not drinking enough water aren’t helping me. Neither is having to eat my dinner at 10.30pm! Gah 😩

    Feb 4--205.4 Went out to happy hour last night, but I only had 1 drink and I shared an appetizer. No idea on my final protein amount. Strength coach today.

    At the last official weigh-in, 184. Official weight tonight Tuesday and I am hoping for an ever thrilling anything loss or, if it must, more! lost.
    Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
    Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
    Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
    Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.

    month's goal has been altered to 177 end of month Hoping you are all doing okay.

    My aim in Feb is to not gain weight.  There will be the funeral, but have also given up smoking (last cigarette on 31st Jan).  I will focus on tracking food and moving more.

    2 Feb - 13st 11.6 (+2.3lb) 🙈  Not unexpected.  Need to do better!  But - still smoke free!  Yay!
    3 Feb - 13st 11.7 (+0.1lb / +2.4lb).  I will track today, and make healthier choices!
    4 Feb - 13st 11.5 (-0.2lb / +2.2lb).  Still not smoking. Tracked, and was doing well with healthy choices until the evening/night, when I raided the sweet tin.  All tracked though.  Need to be accountable.
    5 Feb - 13st 9.7 (-1.8lb / +0.4lb).  Nearly back at months starting weight.  TOTM started yesterday, so I was hoping to see a little drop in weight today.  Still not smoking.  I fear I may go a little off track today - It should have been my brother's 42nd birthday.

    Happy to see the scale go down again! After indulging in a margarita last night I wasn’t sure how all that sugar would play out. It was dang good though 😎

    Happy Hump Day- definitely feeling the slump this week. I made a bright, cheery smoothie to try and knock some sunshine into a dull winter’s day.
