 Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts

 So good to see the number keep dipping down! Part of me is worried that the first 10 are the easy 10 since I’ve stalled around 150 a few times. This is the time that that changes though! I’m committed.

            Well, I'm a bit frustrated (but not honestly surprised) to be back to my December start weight after completely ignoring my diet for all of January. We were traveling and the kids were off school, so the usual routine went out the window and I just lost all focus.
 But both kids are now back at school so back to logging and limiting my calories, and regular walking and pilates.
 Feb start weight: 67.0kg
 Feb goal: 66kg

            At the last official weigh-in, 184. Official weight tonight Tuesday and I am hoping for an ever thrilling anything loss or, if it must, more! lost.
 Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
 Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
 Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
 Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.

 4 Feb - 13st 11.5 (-0.2lb / +2.2lb). Still not smoking. Tracked, and was doing well with healthy choices until the evening/night, when I raided the sweet tin. All tracked though. Need to be accountable.
 5 Feb - 13st 9.7 (-1.8lb / +0.4lb). Nearly back at months starting weight. TOTM started yesterday, so I was hoping to see a little drop in weight today. Still not smoking. I fear I may go a little off track today - It should have been my brother's 42nd birthday.4
