Here we are once again. 
Second month into 2020! The challenge (as always) is TO MOVE!
You choose your mode of exercise.
Choose the goal for steps or Miles.
Come too this area as often as you can and log your progress. Logging your progress gives the rest of us support in our own exercise program.
I was way behind in Dec and Jan due too a problem with my left knee.
It is much improved. I sure am praying for a better February...

I’m in. I’m trying to walk at least a mile a day and gradually build back up to doing 3 miles a day, running again, etc. Despite the fact it was freezing today I got my butt out there and walked my mile. My goal is to get 30 miles in this month. 1 down, 29 more to go!3
