Almost 40 days on my no sugar/snacking program, and sticking to my macros.
Still surprised how easy it is.

I had a couple of nights when I woke up hungry and had trouble falling back to sleep. Not so happy about not having grabbed a slice of cheese, but I didnt want to fail...

Then a couple of evenings when the binge monster whispered sweet words into my years. Hard to resist, when I was already above my alotment... I refused even the orange hubs wanted to share and just drank tea...

The binge monster still talks to me today... 😑 So far, all good! ✊

Me: 8 LNS: 1 (more like all-day snacking kicked off in the middle of the night/morning after a night 10k... yes, running 10k through the city with 1000 other people is pretty much the extent of my late-night partying.) I should be back on track now :)

I baked muffins and cookies and did not even taste them. Victory!
Admittedly, I did have an icecream in the afternoon  (but that is outside the scope of this challenge )

Projecting my status as of tomorrow morning, 2/12 (because I’m going to bed and hope not to wake ’til then and, more importantly, eat!):

A new streak record for me! When I joined in December, never thought I could go this many days!

Remember everyone .. improvement not perfection!

Way to go! Keep up the great work. 👏🏼👊🏼

So I find I am not snacking after I go to bed, but I am snacking before (which is kind of defeating the purpose!). I'm probably going to have to modify my LNS plan a bit....

I seriously don't know WHO this new person I've become, since giving up sugar.
No snacking during the day, nor at night.

I haven't had ANY desires for light night snack.
I went to a Ladies Night Out last night, and I didn't touch the appetizers and didn't want to waste my calories on drinks.
