If anyone wants to join a group I created with weekly weigh ins and weight goals for next week, same purpose as this thread but in a group (which I'll cap the top number of members if it ever got too big) so hoping that we'd keep each other accountable to keep weighing in each week whatever the result! Total loss to date - 1 stone 4lbs
Monday 6th Jan 2020 - 13stone 9lbs
Monday 13th Jan 2020 - 13 stone 7lbs
Monday 20th Jan 2020 - 13 stone 4.5lbs
Monday 27th Jan - 13 stone 2lbs
Monday 3rd Feb - 13 stone 0.5lbs

6/1/20 - 80.4kg
13/1/20 - 80.7kg
20/1/20 - 78.6kg
25/1/20 - 78.0kg (Saturday weigh in as I was on holiday on Monday)
3/2/30 - 78.6kg (got off a 4.5 hour flight back from the canaries at 8pm last night so vaguely hopeful there's some water retention in there)
10/2/20 - 77.1kg (I was right about the water retention...)
GW โ no idea at the moment. Aiming for 75kg (just under 25 BMI) initially then seeing how I feel.1 -

Well done everyone. Not everyone has had the result they want this week but we are all being mindful and honest with ourselves. I'm in no doubt we'll all have "bad" weeks but as long as we don't bury our heads in the sand (like I often do) we'll reach our goals. Have a great week everyone ๐2

How do you all deal with stress and stop yourself overeating or drinking wine as a result. In Singapore and worried about the corona virus so just had a couple of glasses of rose and some crisps ๐. I need some ideas0
