Well, I was rolling along. This is what happens, when you really clean house, and move furniture around. Here is the really odd thing, I do not remember seeing any type of spiders in our house literally in months.
But on Wednesday at somepoint in late morning, I got bit twice it seems. That is what the Dr. in Urgent care stated he could see two sets of fang marks. I think it is due to antibiotics, and a few other issues associated with all of this. And hopefully can get back off by end of month. Grumble Grumble.

Sunday February 02 - 158.1 - I am going to indulge a bit at a Superbowl party, but will try to be moderate. I will eat light beforehand and get in extra workouts to give myself a few calories to play with.
Monday February 03 - 161.4 - Superbowl aftermath, almost 3 pound gain in one day.
Tuesday February 04 - 161.4 - Maybe tomorrow it will start to go back down
Wednesday February 05 - 159.2 - First goal - get back to the beginning of the month weight. Second goal - get back to October/November weight. Third goal get into a lower set point in the 150s.
Thursday February 06 - 158.1- 1st goal reached.
Friday February 07 - 157.4 - I was at 156.7 in October - but I ceased being able to ice skate after November when my knees became sore. Ice skating is a huge calorie burn, so I have had to adjust. Hoping to see that number again soon, I am working very hard at it.
Saturday February 08 - 155.9 - Yahoo! The hard work might be paying off! New low for me today : - )
Sunday February 09 - 157.9 - 2 pound jump for no reason, but I will stay the course doing what got me to my new low yesterday.

Wednesday February 12 - 159.6 - Had Ribs for dinner last night, so many calories, burned many calories, but ate more erasing my deficit.

Friday February 14 - 157.7 - Festivities tomorrow, going to moderate as much as I can. Half way through the month and down 0.4lbs - not good enough. Such hard work!!

Sunday February 16 - 158.2 - Up almost 2 pounds in one day argh. Hopefully I can get that back off fast.

I'm working on losing the last 10 pounds and starting maintenance. I was 7 pounds closer before the holidays, but I am reminded that this is a journey that goes on, as opposed to one that ends at a destination! So let's continue to build those life long good habits and to set our sights on the road ahead, not the endpoint!

Not destined to eat like normal people, but I'm okay with that, willing to put in the work.3 -

After hitting my 5lb goal EVERY month for a year and then plateauing for 4 months, seeing this slow steady drop is both awesome to see it move and frustrating to see it move so slow!! Had a good week overall! My trainer had me add in some additional complex carbs and I have more energy and feel fuller and happier. I was originally a bit nervous as I've been barely eating any carbs for months but I really do feel great and still am down. About 3 weeks until I go wedding dress shopping, I'm actually starting to feel ready!5 -

At 57 the weight comes off so slowly. I was hoping to be ten pounds less by the end of the month but I'll take what I can get. I have been rehabbing my 90 year old Dad after ankle surgery. It is AMAZING what the body can be trained to do - even at 90. I have him pumping iron! I packed all my food and stuck to the plan. Not able to exercise as much as I am accustomed to but I was okay with that given all that was going on. Another week to go - let's GO!
