Doritos...
Chips and dip.
Yeah, I know. It sounds gross. The Hubs makes grossed out faces every time. I don't know how I stumbled upon that combo, but it was sometime in high school. It's really delicious. I'm 41 now, and I still eat this.3 -
Strawberries well all berries
Melon
Granola

I mix salsa with cottage cheese and eat it as a dip with triscuit thins. Its not pretty but it gives me the idea of nachos but slightly less guilty...1

Egg whites. Makes a beautiful fluffy... thing.
Tuna fish.
I also like toast with jam with a little cottage cheese on top, sometimes.

This, but I go one step further and add finely diced red onion, tomato and cucumber along with the salsa then crumble a half serving of tortilla chips into the mix and stir them in.1 -
Ham or smoked turkey. Tomato slices.0

Yesterday, since I need to use up some avocados, I added some cottage cheese, a little sea salt and just ate it right out of the shell. It was really good.3

Pepper and wheat thins is the only way i can eat it. But I always have it for snack.0

This is a meal I'm currently obsessed with. It was suggested by a nutritionist on some TV show I watched a while ago. Dice an apple. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. Top with cottage cheese and chopped nuts. Sometimes, I crumble some pretzels on top to give it a little more crunch. So simple, but so delicious, filling and good for me!1

That sounds pretty good1 -
Not really for breakfast, but I love cottage cheese on a hot baked potato and sprinkle a little pepper on top. It sounds gross, but it is so good!5

Torani sugar free vanilla or vanilla bean, start with a Tbs per 4 oz and adjust for taste
Top with sliced banana
Torani sugar free vanilla or vanilla bean
Torani sugar free orange
Tastes like a creamsicle.
Torani vanilla
DaVinci sugar free blueberry (Torani doesn’t have it )
Fresh blueberries
Kick it up a notch with crushed graham crackers or your favorite granola.
The possibilities are endless with all the flavors available. I hated cottage cheese but wanted to incorporate it, so I tried this, now I crave it.0 -
I eat it plain with a little bit of freshly ground black pepper. Sometimes I have done the same but on top of Wasa crispbread.1

I love my cottage cheese plain. But, sometimes some chia seeds, honey, and/or raspberries (or any berries) are a nice addition.0

i like to whip it. and then use it like ricotta0

Not really breakfast, but put it on top of lightly buttered egg noidles and sprinkle with pepper....my all time favorite1

This morning I had a Just Crack an Egg with an egg and 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese. I was full for about 6.5 hours. May need to dial it back a bit. It sure was good!0

Not sure about breakfast, but I always love to combine kidney beans with my cottage cheese0
-
I can stand sweet cottage cheese. Ive been eating hood cucumber dill recently and dipping carrots in it.0

Baked apples with cinnamon! I bet stirring in winter squash, especially kabocha and butternut, would be good. Topping a potato with it would taste amazing, especially with chili powder. I used to eat it with a can of kidney beans stirred in for extra protein, sounds gross but it wasn't bad!0

I use strawberries a lot with it. But really any berries will go with it if you do it for a meal or a sack. I do half a serving instead of a full serving which I believe is a cup because of hbp and low sodium diet. If you do it for a snack then tomatoes and or cucumbers.0

I know this sounds yuck but I read it in a blog and love it. Cottage cheese with Franks hot sauce and chopped walnuts!0
-
Throw it in the blender and use it as a creamy dip for apples and strawberries!0
-
Any kind of fruit IMHO0

Old weight watchers recipe
Toast a slice of bread.
Add about 1/4 tsp vanilla and a little of your favorite sweetener to the cottage cheese.
Put the cottage cheese on the toast. Bake it until the cottage cheese melts (it takes longer than cheese like mozzarella).
Top it with your favorite fruit and a little cinnamon if you like.
They called it cheese danish. Doesn’t taste anything like a danish to me, but I like it.2 -
Oh yeah, completely forgot. It's great in a smoothie. PB, cocoa powder, vanilla, sweetener, 4 ice cubes , and cottage cheese. Quite creamy when blended completely.1

I like savory cottage cheese so I eat it with everything bagel seasoning. It is tasty and filling.0
-
Google cottage cheese pancakes - they’re delicious!0
