What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I'm inching closer to a big accomplishment. I currently weigh 80.5kg (down from 94kg), so close to dipping below 80.
I can't remember the last time my weight started with a 7... It's been at least 10 years, probably even 12 or 13!
It's a bit like Benjamin Button, I feel like I'm getting younger again6 -
To hit the 160s (again). I’ve been bouncing from 170.3-171.7 (TIme of Month). Hoping for a whoosh by Monday.5

I don’t know if it’s a mini goal exactly but I’m having surgery in June and that’s my motivation to lose right now to make for a faster recovery and best outcome!11

My next mini goal is to have lost 25 lbs, thereby being at a lower weight than I was during my last loss effort, in 2016. I just achieved my first mini goal of 20 lbs total.10

Putting my black corset back on and having it fit properly.
After which is the goal to shrink down out of it so I have to get a new one.8 -
None of my goals are currently weight related. My best friend and I are both currently pregnant so we're trying to focus on what our bodies can do rather than what they look like. That said, we are going to do a 5k together this spring. So I guess a mini goal is to stay consistent with our running.10

My goal is 160. I like wearing both 32 an 30 waist pants.4

I weighed 174.0 this morning so officially out of overweight BMI and in the normal BMI range!

Family wedding next saturday 28th have tried hard to drop some weight to fit into my old suit sadly running outta time i can get into it but breathing in it is difficult and i dare not sit down with it on5

Buy something that fits and that you feel comfortable in! Nothing is more attractive than a guy in a well fitted suit.

I over-ate at breakfast and lunch so I only have 40 calories left for dinner, contemplating a walk to run that up to a couple hundred so I can have a fish filet and steamed veggie.9

Fitness related. Our winter is finally starting to let up so I am looking forward to taking my cardio outdoors!4

I'd like to take off ten pounds between now and April 1, because that would be 25 pounds, one quarter towards goal, and I see the doctor that day and given that I was 296 on January 2, I'd really like for her to notice the definite drop downward.4

I have a handful of fitness-related ones now that I'm at maintenance. Just got a Fitbit so getting 10,000 steps a day, getting stupid arm weights up to the next dumbbell, beating my stair flights climbed on the stair treadmill, and my biggest is to do the whole stack of weights on the adductor machine (I'm at 265, 30 more lbs to go!).4

Yesterday I hit one of my goals of being under 230 pounds before our vacation to New Orleans in March!
Now I’m working on hitting 225 before we hit Cafe DuMonde😂😂!!39 -

I would really like to be under 100kgs by my birthday 15th April.
I’m 108 kg right now, and depending on any changes in my rate of loss it seems quite achievable.6 -

Update: I continued to not feel well for a couple of weeks, and got down to 137.2. I’ve felt better the past 5 days or so, and now at 137.8. Even if I go up a bit more, I think I can stay in the 130s. New mini goal: under 135!13 -
Lose as much of myself as I can before my ten-year wedding anniversary trip to Hawaii in May. I don't want the plane to tip over or something on take off.13
