None of my goals are currently weight related. My best friend and I are both currently pregnant so we're trying to focus on what our bodies can do rather than what they look like. That said, we are going to do a 5k together this spring. So I guess a mini goal is to stay consistent with our running.
My current BMI is 25.4 (F,5'10 and 177lbs). The normal BMI range is 129-174. So my mini goal is to lose 3 more lbs and get out of the overweight BMI category!
I weighed 174.0 this morning so officially out of overweight BMI and in the normal BMI range!
My next goal is to get into the 160s which I haven't been in close to a decade when I was a freshman in college. 5lbs to go!
Family wedding next saturday 28th have tried hard to drop some weight to fit into my old suit sadly running outta time i can get into it but breathing in it is difficult and i dare not sit down with it on

Buy something that fits and that you feel comfortable in! Nothing is more attractive than a guy in a well fitted suit.
I over-ate at breakfast and lunch so I only have 40 calories left for dinner, contemplating a walk to run that up to a couple hundred so I can have a fish filet and steamed veggie.

I'd like to take off ten pounds between now and April 1, because that would be 25 pounds, one quarter towards goal, and I see the doctor that day and given that I was 296 on January 2, I'd really like for her to notice the definite drop downward.
I have a handful of fitness-related ones now that I'm at maintenance. Just got a Fitbit so getting 10,000 steps a day, getting stupid arm weights up to the next dumbbell, beating my stair flights climbed on the stair treadmill, and my biggest is to do the whole stack of weights on the adductor machine (I'm at 265, 30 more lbs to go!).

I’m 108 kg right now, and depending on any changes in my rate of loss it seems quite achievable.
