For me it's getting into a size 8 jeans. I've been a 10 in my adult life but I've never been an 8. Right now I'm a really loose 12 and looking forward to 10's then 8's!!!
I'm just trying to not gain anything through Christmas (so far I've lost 3 pounds!) I'm also trying to stay consistent in the gym regardless of the crazy schedule I've got going on right now. I'm working out my emotions instead of eating them.
My mini goal is to get to the same weight I was last time I was on MFP before I let it all slip and put everything back on plus 1lb. I have 15lb to go.
1. I want to be at about 62 lbs lost (I've lost 57 lbs so far). My son (who is 8) weighs about that much. He'll think it's amazing that I've lost as much as he weighs and it's a great visual for me.
2. I had set mini goals of 10% weight loss (instead of focusing on the big number). I'm currently working on my 3rd 10% goal. I have about 8 lbs to go for that one
Healthy baby and Momma! I'm 24 weeks on Thursday and I've been eating well, exercising and steadily gaining as I should. All I want is a healthy baby and to feel good while getting there. Never been so motivated
1. To be able to keep up with with my son when he starts running around at the park (he's 4 months)
2. To have my wedding/engagement ring fit again lol
