LOVE that app. It works wonders!7 -
My current mini goal is 2 weeks of sticking to my plan. I wrote it out, planned calorie amounts for parties and events (and I have a plan for each one!). I'm either doing it or I'm not, and I sooo am! After two weeks I can adjust, eat more if I need to or take a break from exercise. But I can do it full force for two weeks at least25

In 2-3 lbs I'll weigh less than my hubby, which for some reason is a giant deal to me. It might be the fact that he's 10" taller than me!
I would have already achieved this one two weeks ago but the jerk started biking to work and lost 5 lbs. Jerk.70 -
Lose 17 lbs by my 44th birthday in February. My husband has a trip planned for us and I don't want to be fluffy.8

I have 2 cute coats that are snug right now. So my min-goal is to fit into them before we run out of cold weather.8

Onederland, Yay! Good luck!
Mini-goal 1: Onederland by New Year. Been hovering riiiight at the edge for the past few days
Mini-goal 2: BMI < 30 by Valentine's Day. Only 8 lbs less than previous mini-goal; should help me stay motivated after holiday season3 -
My first 10k running race in January x3

Today & until Jan 1.......staying precise on calories and on track with exercise on the in between days so that I can relax a little on the holidays and still lose weight.
For the month of January...I got really serious about exercise and calorie counting on Jan 7th 2015. I made a commitment to myself to lose 100 pounds in 1 year. (I had already lost 30 pounds in the previous year) With that anniversary coming up I have lost 88 pounds, so I am very close. I know I won't beat the deadline, but I don't really care about that. I am just very focused on reaching that goal.
After I get there I will have to start making some decisions about what to do next.10 -
To get below 300lbs this year, have 1.5lbs left.20

Surviving my first 'holiday' weekend travelling... so far so good. Very active and not eating any more than I normally would. Haven't been able to weigh myself tho... yikes... Monday morning is looming large!
