Congrats! We are capable of more than we know.
But...why stay hungry? You mean literally or figuratively? Just curious. Also curious as to the time difference with your 2 photos? The transformation is incredible.3 -

Just wondering why the 'stay hungry' though?3 -

Intended ambiguity, I suppose.
Here in the sense of: "Always want more" or "Keep yourself motivated" ...4 -

Figuratively 100% this transformation started Mid Oct and I took the most recent pic a few days ago, 4 months!0

Great transformation. But no, I’m staying full at the moment cos I’m bulking. It all depends on the context and your goals eh OP?3

I think he means "keep striving", not literal hunger. Great accomplishment OP!3 -

"Stay Hungry" is the title of a Arnold Schwarzenegger short comedy/drama from 1976.3

Crunches? What kind? how many - how often? I need motivation(s). Thank you!1
-
Jeff, I started with 100 push ups and 100 crunches throughout the day. Usually 4 sets of 25 of each exercise, while alternating positions and angles. I did that, and fasted cardio 3 days a week. (treadmill incline 15 speed 3-3.5, while keeping heart rate between 130-140) 👈 heart rate is key!! That then gave me the motivation to add the gym to my routine as I was already feeling more energy from the previous 30 day prep 👆 which gave me motivation to toss out alcohol, soda, and clean up my diet. It’s all a process, start small, start somewhere, and start today! Once you see small gains it fuels your motivation and drive! You got this brother. Let me know how it goes! 💪5
