Still the same. I think maybe I'm retaining water or something, because I know I am not cheating; I am eating at my BMR, thus having at least a 500 calorie deficit (combined with exercise) every day. So hopefully the scale will start moving downward again within the next day or two.2 -

Gained again. However, I know why. My eating and sleeping has been thrown off and will continue to be on a different schedule for the next 2 weeks or so. I ate literally 1 hour before going to bed last night, which is not normal for me. I usually have at least a few hours of fasting before bedtime (i.e. go to bed at 10pm and stop eating at 5pm).
Hopefully tomorrow it will be a bit different. Not that worried... yet.2 -
