Even though I'm just barely a 1/2 pound down (it kept fluctuating between 260 and 259), I'm still not entirely convinced something is not amiss here. That's why I did a little experiment yesterday. I actually ate 200 calories even less than normal yesterday (I typically eat the same food every day), and walked longer. Considering I was hovering in the 240's for a long time, it doesn't make sense to me that I'm stuck at 260 right now.
I guess all that means is that I'll have to get a little more creative with my weight loss offense and defense, then!
Actually, I am quite positive that, from this point going forward, the scale numbers and measurements are going to reflect my hard work from now on, and I won't have anymore obstacles.
Can't wait until this August... I'm going to look and feel fabulous.
