 Been run down last few days with cold, so havenโt really been eating well. I will be recording my weight on here weekly even though I weigh daily. Iโve put a goal for 205 but happy to lose 5lbs and get to 208.2

 Well hello reality! ๐ My husband is out of town, so I did a TON of meal prepping yesterday. That will really help me stay on the wagon this week. Iโm also going to start to more seriously log what Iโm eating again. I got away from it, but I need to pay better attention.

            Looking for shamrocks (really). I hoped to lose 77 pounds and now my goal remains at 51 pounds.
 March 1 169.8-171 today. Lovely sunshine but cold. Within cal goals and exercised.
 March 2 168.9 Warmer today - going outside to work in yard.

 Goal March 32 - 165 pounds anything. I will stay with cals everyday and exercise daily. EXCEPT ... son has birthday. Might need to buy a cupcake cake -- but won't eat more than 1 portion.
 Thinking the shamrocks didn't make winter. Can I use oxalis?3
