I just bought this gorgeous dress for a wedding at the end of April. It's a size eu 36, and it JUST zips up. My goal is to make it fit comfortably by the time April rolls around!
That is soooo pretty!! And it looks fantastic on you! Can I ask where you bought it?
Well, I made it back to Onderland... finally. Now, my goal is to drop below 195, again. Unfortunately, I have SEVERAL of these mini-goals to break thru before I get back to my old low.

Thank you ! It's by a brand called Paradi. I got it at TK Maxx!
Mine has been to get back into the 130s for the first time in 3 years. Which I finally did today—the scale said 139.6 lb, but I’ve been sick this week and not eating much. I’m sure this will go up some once I’m eating normally again. So my mini goal is to get better and get into the 130s for real!!
Update: I continued to not feel well for a couple of weeks, and got down to 137.2. I’ve felt better the past 5 days or so, and now at 137.8. Even if I go up a bit more, I think I can stay in the 130s. New mini goal: under 135!
Well I hit 135.0 today, so I’m counting it! (If that sounds like a big loss for 9 days, it’s because I lost some PMS water weight a few days ago!) My next mini-goal: under 133.8, which is the lowest I’ve been in at least 18 years! I was 120ish in my late 20s. My ultimate goal is to be somewhere in the 120s again.
#1: At last weigh-in, I was 3.3 lbs from halfway point of my total loss goal. Really looking forward to that, but first...
#2: Want to get the medical ok to switch back from maintenance to deficit calorie intake. Technically, I have still been losing a tiny bit (system doesn't reflect 'calories burned due to healing' very well).
#3: Ditch the crutches by end of month. Next up, cane!
I want to get to 50 pounds lost by May 10th. I’m at 44lbs lost currently. That date will mark it being a year since I’ve started consistently using fitnesspal, and it would make one hell of a milestone for me.
My first (micro) mini goal is to deal with the 4-course Italian Dinner (with what i personally would consider VERY oversized portions if I were not at a catered ... Italian .... dinner.) 3 lbs up on the scale the next morning (yesterday). Most would just be undigested food still in the system. That kind of one-off situation doesn't count as a "true gain" in my books unless most of it (or more) is still showing up on the scale a week later. I was already down 1.3 of those pounds this morning.
My main mini-goal is to get back on the correct side of the normal vs overweight BMI divide (now less than a pound away) and then continue south another 5 or 6 pounds to the BOTTOM of my chosen Maintenance goal.
Once I get there (a second time) my long term to goal is to stay closer to the bottom than the top of that range.
Being niggle free in my right bicep, shoulder and lat - have changed up training and programmes to fit around the injury (tendon strain)...then be steadily into the 150s pounds wise...then 140s....then try to pack on the last few lbs of lean mass...then compete at a fun powerlifting competition in September (I am a competitive strongwoman) with some good friends...
My mini-goal is to stay healthy. I have a marathon to run in April for Cancer Research.
I had shin splints in December, back injury in January and in February some nice person in the office brought influenza in so I lost another two weeks.
Stay soild, find some running form and drag myself through this.

Goal 2. I’m getting a new hairdo when I lose 20 lbs. haven’t changed it up in YEARS.
Thank you
