    During this time, I know it is a daily priority for me to manage my mood because that sets the tone for how the day will play out. Before hitting the news updates, I go out the door, double up on my exercise, and make a list of simple things I will do today to nurture my happiness.
    For sure the world will not be delivering happiness to me, not these days or months, so it's on me to create that happiness.
