17 Mar 278-288 ๐คช๐คช๐คชwoke up really early feeling awesome. Seems my scale wants to act up. Couldnโt get an accurate reading kept jumping all over the place.
18 Mar 283.3 had pizza yesterday just enjoyed myself didnโt go over calories. Iโve been having too much carbs and sodium lately but I am enjoying myself and losing weight. Not in a rush no point in making this miserable since this change is permanent.

I have weighed everyday but have been so busy with 3 kids at home due to COVID-19, that I kept forgetting to keep up with it. Diet has been okay, definitely had more desserts and wine than usual last week. Beach trip was cancelled for April so I lost a tiny bit of motivation, but itโs back ๐ช๐ป

I also set up my Fitbit to remind me to every 20 minutes to move for 2 minutes - it could be walking or air squats. I've read that doing these after dinner will help lowers blood sugar.
