Day/Weight/Comment
04/07 – 126.0
04/08 – 126.0
04/09 – 126.0 – not sure how I am getting the exact same weight so many days in a row, but I have tested the scale.
04/10 – 126.2 – I guess my scale heard the complaining, but I would have preferred it to go the other way. Could just be my mid-cycle/ovulation bloating too.
04/11
04/12
04/13 – 127.4 – I have been horrible with Easter this weekend, and just generally working from home (in the kitchen close to all of the food). Eating too much in general and not making good choices at all.

4/8-155-Whew! Made a crumb cake and tasted some of it. Cut the recipe in half. Walks & water today.🚶♀️💧🌻
4/9-155-Met friends to walk on a paved trail, then to a closed golf course to walk with my friends parents, so peaceful & quiet.
4/10-156-Too windy to walk. Made chicken and green beans with bacon and drank lots of water and made masks. 😊
4/11-154-Lots of walking.
4/12-155-Happy Easter! 🌸😊
4/13-157-Better than I thought it would be. Warm/sunny perfect walking weather!10 -

4/8 121.5 Way over on everything yesterday. Our wonderful SIL has To go in to work yesterday so went to Sam’s and Walmart and got EVERYTHING on my list except a supplement I have been taking for well over a decade. Fresh produce will be a challenge in the coming weeks but otherwise we’re good.
**4/9 121.0 Fasted for 20 hours 8PM on 4/8 to 4PM 4/9
4/10 120.0 Yesterday during my fast I found myself going to the kitchen a couple of times and then realizing I wasn’t even hungry. I had intended to fast for 18 hours and went to 20 with no actual hunger. I think I would have been okay longer but had to “feed” DH. I made “dinner” at 4 because we needed to eat the coleslaw that was leftover so hot dogs (no bread) and slaw it was. No snacking in the evening.
4/11 120.0
4/12 119.5. Had a nice visit with our daughter and SIL yesterday sitting on the driveway. He got gas in DH’s car while we chatted then joined us as we maintained about a 20 foot separation.

04/07 - 354.1 - Looks like I might've broken thru that plateau I've been stuck on. Drank lots more water yesterday and it seems to have helped. No matter, onward and downward! Everyone stay safe!
04/08 - 354.5 - minor uptick. My losses have definitely slowed. But sticking to the program WILL get me there. But I now understand why so many get so discouraged when this happens. You put in the work, but don't get the results... temporarily. Everyone stay safe!!
04/09 - 353.4 - And down we go again. I think I'm thru this plateau/sticking point finally. Went for a walk this morning and then motivated myself with DDPYoga a bit later. And I still have a little bit of shopping and another walk tonite.
04/10 - 353.4 - My whole schedule was off today. I'll chalk the day up to being off on everything and call this my *pass* day.
04/11 - 353.6 - Virtually no change. I'm staying w/ the plan, though. Forward and, hopefully, downard. Stay the course.
04/12 - 353.3 - And a little drop again. I'd much prefer a steady, slow drop, but I'll get there.
04/13 - 354.4 - With the rain, we couldn't walk this morning. Hopefully, it'll clear up later. Also found myself doing some absent-minded eating last night. Promptly moved those snacks back to the kitchen. Focus and consistency.

04/07 192.0 well going to maintenance calories has not “shocked” my body into losing, either. I’m going to be as super diligent with my tracking as possible and lower my target again. Someday I’ll get off this plateau.
04/08 191.8 so the plateau continues. 😠 Again green on calories, even at lower amount.
04/09 190.6 Scale movement, finally! After a depressing evening realizing I have a shin stress fracture, and a terrible night with the cathedral ceiling smoke detector doing the “need battery beep” all night (why does it do this each year after midnight? Why do we never remember to schedule the battery change? And there’s no way I’m dealing with this dangerous maneuver—balance on a ladder over a 1story drop—while alone in the house with a problematic leg), it’s really heartening to see some pay off!
04/10 189.8 Whoohoo! Off that 191-192 plateau and I finally got to type “18X”. Patience, it took patience and trust in my habits. Though I’m not counting on keeping this for tomorrow...I measured later in the morning than usual. But I’m ready to keep at this! Did chair weights yesterday, rested, ate well and under my calorie target.
04/11 190.0 Not shocked that I couldn’t keep a “18X” but still very happy to be in 190. Last night was a rare time I ate over target, but I was still well under maintenance calories so I’m hoping it doesn’t set me back much in the next few days.
04/12 189.2 Happy this is continuing to go in the right direction, even when I can’t exercise!
04/13 190.6 totally deserve this after a binge-y Easter. But will be back on track today, looking forward to a great week!

Bouncy bouncy. I’m actually surprised it didn’t bounce high as I had a bit of an eating binge yesterday. It was the first day I’ve felt really down since the stay-at-home routine started, and all I did was sleep and eat. Feel better this morning. I hope you’re all doing well.
4/8/20 - 181.2
Legacy of Monday’s binge, since I ate responsibly yesterday. Another beautiful day here, and I’m planning a nice long walk along the river and a little garden clean up if it’s not too wet. Be well, everyone.

Back to chilly, windy weather. But yesterday was gorgeous! And my baby forsythias, planted last year, are happy happy!
4/10/20 - 182.8
WHAT? Has to be delayed reaction from Monday, which seems really delayed, but I’ve been within bounds since then. Horrifying! But otoh, we’re healthy, so it’s not the worst that could happen.
4/11/20 - 182
No chocolate in the house and I think the Easter Bunny is staying home — a good thing. I have spelt bread rising and I think that will be my treat.

💐🐇🌸 I saw a wabbit in the yard this morning but she didn’t leave any goodies. Hoppy Easter! 🌷🐰🌹

I' m in! Thank you, @GrandmaJackie!
70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back walking!
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

Day/Weight/Comment
04/07: 178.2 (A nice 2 lb loss to start the round! I ate to plan and did another workout. My husband took a full body picture of me preworkout and I posted it on Instagram. I got a lot of comments saying how good I look and people asked me how I lost all the weight so far. It feels good to get that recognition!)
04/08: 177.4 (Yes, please go down! I’m happy to see this number. The hope is that by Friday I’ll have a brand new low. I had food to plan and did another hour long workout!)
04/09: 176.2 (I’m so close to my lowest weight! Just 0.2 pounds left I can basically see it. I did another YouTube workout last night and danced to Ariana Grande songs. I made a yummy Passover dinner last night that included a delicious garlic butter ribeye steak. It was a bit of an indulgence but necessary for a holiday!)
04/10: 176.0 (I finally got to the weight I was after being hospitalized at the end of September! It’s taken me 6 months but all that hard work finally paid off! I had a grilled cheese and chicken rice soup for dinner and did my last workout until Sunday!)
04/11: 178.8 (I knew I would gain because of ovulation! I definitely had 2 slices of pizza last night that did not help either. Oh and I didn’t workout so I was not at a deficit, but it’s okay and expected!)
04/12: 180.4 (I’m not surprised by this gain! I’m kind of hoping these 180’s will not show up on my scale ever again. I can only hope. Starting on Monday, I’m going to try to introduce some other workouts into my routine. My gym offers workouts from home so I’m excited to try it out!)
04/13: 178.6 (That’s a nice drop! I stopped the snacking that I had extra calories for and did another dance workout so I had a nice deficit. I’m hoping for a brand new low this week!)

@Kuhl50 anything that you want to be hidden, needs to be inside spoiler brackets. Before your sentence, type [ spoiler] (without the space) and after it, type [ /spoiler] (again, without the space). There's a shortcut if you click on the dropdown arrow next to the Format icon (looks like a backwards P, kind of).6 -

R110 SW 134.0kg
Day | Weight | Change | Comment
04/07 | 133.9kg | -0.1kg | Good day yesterday! Tracked my calories and came in under target. Got 30 mins of exercise in throughout the day. Drank 2.5L+ of water. Ate lots of veggies. Feeling good after ticking off lots of goals for the day!
04/08 | 133.8kg | -0.1kg | Another good day yesterday. Tracked everything, came in just on target (like 20 cals over), got in 30 mins of exercise. Didn't drink enough water but still feeling good.
04/09 | 133.8kg | No change | Still on track yesterday! Really I ate too much bread but still came in right on calorie target. Did 30mins of walking around the house/in place, and drank all the water. At home alone today with the toddler, so movement is a little more restricted throughout the day but we might get out for an afternoon walk if the weather is nice!
04/10 | 133.9kg | +0.1kg | I didn’t track for yesterday but will do that shortly. I know I ate too much and made poor choices though! Got takeaway food for dinner as hubby was home late from his out of town trip. Didn’t get out for a walk with the little one but I did do 5 miles on the stationary bike and some standing ab work while he napped so I still got my 30 mins in. Did well with water. An average day overall! Also had to brave the supermarket with the little one, was pleasantly surprised to find many items back on the shelves!
04/11 | 134.0kg | +0.1kg
04/12 | 134.2kg | +0.2kg | Happy Easter to all! I have indulged in too much chocolate, too much beer, too much sodium, and have not had near enough water in the last couple of days. Feeling a bit down and eating my emotions. Need to do better.
04/13 | 134.3kg | +0.1kg | Still not doing better!
04/14 | 134.3kg | No change | Busy day yesterday, cleaning the last of the stuff out of our kitchen ready for the tradies to arrive later today (hubby has to remove the cabinets today, and then they will be removing a brick wall to open up to the dining/lounge area, and resheeting the entire room due to water damage). I'm so excited to have my new kitchen at last! There will be a lot of work over the next week or so, and since I'm working from home, I'll actually be working at my sister's house while it's happening. She's a teacher and it's school holidays here so she is able to help me look after my little one while I'm working. Very helpful! Looking to get back on track today.

04/06 …..202.8….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
04/07 …..203.6 ….. I am hoping its water retention, but probably not. I enjoyed a movie night last night with my son which included snacks that didn’t belong. Not an over-abundance, but definitely outside of plan. I still had in over 5 miles total steps/walking for the course of the day, some small cabin cleaning and housework in my home and I made a pot of soup. Today I will work on taxes (again), and hopefully do some more prep cooking for my freezer. I hope to keep the carbs at a reasonable amount to help my glucose numbers continue to improveI don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be overheated or be a sweathog when summer finally hits, so I’ve got to stay focused! . Good luck everyone this round. Congratulations to all the great results I saw last round from so many!
04/08 …..203.5 ….. I did a dance session yesterday for 23 minutes. Sample song, “In my feelings (Kiki, do you love me?) by Drake. Yesterday was a successful day overall on my journey. Today (I am hopeful) will be even better.
04/09 …..203.9 ….. Okay, so good news and bad news. Bad news first: I had a small to medium binge last night. All cravings driven. I’ve had worse, but its something I just can’t afford right now. Now, for the good news: thanks to @dawnbgethealthy I tried her recommended zumba Fitness Marshall last night. It is going to take a minute to get used to the steps but I really liked it. I must say though, as much as I love all genres and decades of music, I am not familiar with most of this music. Also, I stumbled around a bit like a flailing bird with a broken wing so I am definitely not as cool as I thought I was. I looked and behaved more like an old 60 yr old woman who is out of shape, (oh, that’s right, I will be 60 soon and I do have quite a bit of weight to lose!) However, I’m going to try this a couple of days per week if all goes well. Especially during the shut-in, shelter-in-place orders. Of course, trying to work out in my home is almost impossible as there are constant people at my door and constant phone calls & interruptions (I run my motel and cabins from my home office on the premises). But, as always, I do my best. I have to say, though, working in a 24 hour per day business is not easy on anyone when you are the only employee! I hope you are all hanging in there. In Michigan USA our Governor has officially extended the shut-in until April 30th when it will be revisited.
04/10 …..203.2 ….. Okay, that is much better. It was a hard night last night. I made a plan that if severe hunger struck, I would have an egg. They are low calorie, only 1 carb and quite filling. But mostly, I am so SICK of them I knew I would not overeat them. So it was egg or nothing! Then, the sugar drop started coming on. It was slow but steady. I knew I had to eat, but an egg does not have enough carbs to bring up my sugar! Determined to stick to plan (as much as possible), I quickly scrambled my egg and made one piece of toast with butter. I made a half of egg sandwich (the bread would give me the carbs I needed) and I ate it and waited. Waiting is the hard part because the instinct is to keep eating until all the symptoms stop. I trusted the process and waited. Slowly (very slowly) I started to feel better. I am proud that I stuck to my plan as much as possible. It could have been a fast bowl of sugary cereal, but no, I stuck to the egg. I’m so glad I did. Luckily I still had calories left for the day. I traded out my last low carb snack for the 1/2 sandwich. The scale still rewarded me.
04/11 …..203.3 ….. Just a normal fluctuation. I did some walking yesterday and a small set of Zumba Fitness Marshall. I think I will be awkward on the Zumba for awhile, but it’s okay, I just keep moving even if I miss the step switches. Overall, a pretty good day. I did have another sugar drop last night, but I handled it. The slower ones are SO MUCH easier. Enjoy your Saturday everyone. I will be watching The Ten Commandments (3.5 hours long) with my son later. I know my diet and exercise for today will not be so good, but the time with my son will be wonderful.
04/12 …..203.4 ….. Pizza. The movie (The Ten Commandments from 1956) was almost 4 hours long. It was nice to share it with my son. Happy Easter everyone! I miss my grandkids!
04/13 …..203.7 ….. I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter. It was cold and snowy here. Today the snow is actually sticking. I ventured out today with my mask and gloves because one of my units had a refrigerator decide to break down so I had to get a new one. That proved very challenging!
