    Joining late if that’s ok as just rejoined MFP.

    I’m female, 5ft 2 and live in the UK. Decided to use lockdown to really focus on starting good habits rather than attempt to learn a language or become an artisan baker like the rest of the population! I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past and have done some triathlons etc in last couple of years so there’s the temptation to set crazy goals and compare what I did then. But Slow steady and sustainable is the name of the game this time!

    Current Weight: 161lb

    12 Week Goal Weight: 150lb
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135-140 (will see how I feel than stick to a hard goal)

    Spring 12 Week Challenge: Life during Lockdown!

    Goals for this challenge: Get back to basics, make good eating choices, develop my exercise routine while staying home and learn how to maintain.

    12 Week Goal Weight: 137
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 137 but lower body fat %, gain muscle

    4/13/20 – 140.0 : I have been up and down everyday by a lot. Salty, sugary foods, alcohol, stress. Easter was nice but time to get back to protein, veggies and water.

    4/13/20 - 156.3 - I feel leaner than that, I put on a pound yesterday somehow even though I now work out more than usual since being home, and I keeping my calories low. Bad day to have a blip on a weekly thread, but hope to see a better number next week.

    Been having way too many sweets and salty foods, but not enough water. I stopped meal prepping with my recent schedule change, but will be getting back into it this week. Hoping for better numbers next week!

    Goal weight October 2017 - 75kg

    I want to hit that 75kg goal I set back in October 2017, I have been maintaining at around my current weight for almost 2 years! 12 weeks is around about the perfect amount of time as half a kg a week will get me there!

    13/4/20 - 81.2kg

    Even if you don't see big weekly changes, it doesn't matter! Stick with it, be honest with yourself and think about the reason you are doing this. You got this... :smiley:

    Hi, I'd love to join this group for some accountability and encouragement. I am 50 years old and live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been maintaining in the 140's for a few years now but would like to lose the last stubborn 10 lbs and why not make this my challenge now while in isolation.
