Absolutely delighted with this week’s results.
I have been under my calories everyday and making sure I get plenty water but I have been very lazy when it comes to exercise. Haven’t been on my bike at all.
This weeks plan is to carry on as I am being as strict with my food and logging it in MFP but also get back on my bike and make sure these numbers keep coming down 👍🏼😊💪🏼

Goal weight October 2017 - 75kg
I want to hit that 75kg goal I set back in October 2017, I have been maintaining at around my current weight for almost 2 years! 12 weeks is around about the perfect amount of time as half a kg a week will get me there!

Spring 12 Week Challenge: Life during Lockdown!
Goals for this challenge: Get back to basics, make good eating choices, develop my exercise routine while staying home and learn how to maintain.

Ultimate Goal Weight: 137 but lower body fat %, gain muscle

4/6/20 – 140.8
4/13/20 – 140.0 : I have been up and down everyday by a lot. Salty, sugary foods, alcohol, stress. Easter was nice but time to get back to protein, veggies and water.
4/20/20 – 139.4: Kinda hanging around the 139s-140s lately. Probably need to jumpstart my losses again with some lower days. I have my leg followup apt tomorrow – looking forward to seeing if he thinks its healing and I can resume full normal activity.
