Round 111

Please join us! Starting on 04/17 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 111
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Thanks GrandmaJackie, hope you are well and staying safe.

Yes please, I need another 10 days for some stability in life in these challenging times & just looked back to when I first started in round 69, that was 41 rounds ago 410 days and I've only lost 0.8 pounds - what an admission !! That's terrible, I'm going to try to make this round really count, want to lose a pound.

    I' m in! Thank you, @GrandmaJackie!

70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back walking!

The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.
