This round's goals:
-no eating after 7 pm
-only water, black coffee, or unsweet tea
-no snacking
-move a bit more
-track everything that enters my mouth (probably will stick to around 1300 calories since I've been so sedentary)
Starting on the 18th at 139.9. I'm up about 5/6 pounds this quarantine because of being sedentary and snacking all the time. I want to get back to where I was (135, 134.5).
Hopefully I can get to 138.5 by the end of this! (roughly 1 pound / week)

04/18 - 139.9- tried doing a fast, ended up eating a small dinner (bowl of venison and beef chili w/o any toppings, some frozen blueberries, and a small slice of apple cake my aunt baked for us)
04/19 - forgot to weigh myself this morning - slept in late so ate all of my calories (1500) in two meals; I tend to overestimate the calories jic (not weighing anything, but have gotten good at eyeballing butter haha)- had 3 eggs with 2 slices of gluten-free toast w/ reduced sugar preserves and butter & 2 clementines- for dinner, had boiled crawfish (wasn't planning on eating any but my dad boiled some, and I can't pass on that; it is nutritious and low-calorie and high protein, but HIGH sodium, so idk if I will weigh myself tomorrow), some raw broccoli (dad didn't add greens to the boil this time, so I had to improvise), a clementine, an apple, and a piece of gluten-free toast with butter and jam-- worked out to get myself to 2000 calories (active and passive) according to apple watch

I live in the UK - aged 48 - with hubby and two daughters age 12 and 17 - other 4 (step) kids all grown up and left home and we also have 6 grandkids (aged between 1 and 7). Came back to this in round 110

Round goal - keep tracking, keep losing and get out for my 10k steps walk in the evenings (working from home at the minute so desk bound most of the day) and keep active at the weekends with doing stuff round the house.

Have changed my profile pic to one I took yesterday that will make me smile every time I remember today! There are definitely some advantages to the world at the moment as we would not normally have the time to do this on a "normal" Saturday afternoon. HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE
04/20 - 149.6lb (-1.0lb) Another lovely walk yesterday with DD. We did the "Seven Woods Walk" a total of just over 9 miles. Weather was beautiful again and it was lovely being out listening to the bird song and seeing how different the woods were to each other. And very happy to see a loss after a weekend - I'm finding lock down is doing wonders for the diet as no socialising, hubby still working away, no temptations to grab anything you shouldn't when out and time to sit down, plan and cook without having to grab something when heading out the door in our usual rush. So overall finding it quite easy to be very in control of food
We've been told we have at least three more weeks of lockdown in the UK so hoping this mindset continues for a bit longer before having to go back to any sort of reality!
First mini target reached of the 140's - next mini target is 147 (as equates to 10 and a half stone in the UK).....

I have been meaning to lose the last few KG to get down to my 75kg goal. Now nothing is open I thought this would be the perfect time to get there. If you ever feel down and head to the snack draw to get something sweet or something you don't need to eat. Think about the real reason you started this journey in the first place, because when I think about mine it instantly gives me that 'it's not worth it feeling' and I grab a piece of fruit or have a coffee!10 -

Saturday was a freak accident, my neighbors sewage backed up and so he came running over with his family to use our bathroom. 3 adults and 2 kids on top of BF and I trying to use it. The 2 adults, BF, and I were all trying to get ready to meet a guy to pick up a jeep part we ordered in a town about 45 minutes away and so we got rushed further by having to share 1 bathroom hahaha Went to the lake yesterday and tried out our new jetskis. Mine needs some work (a new ware ring) but it shouldn't be much. Otherwise, they run great!
Woke up thirsty as all get out twice during the night so I think I'm up simply because I chugged water in bed at about 3am and weighed in at 6 and I'm holding on to some of it. I tried to drink water at the lake but it was nice and warm (90 degrees) and can only carry so much liquid with you on jetskis. Today should be a calm day -- out of coffee so once BF wakes up and stores open, I'll run and get some and then tend to the garden. Probably have some tea instead of coffee so I don't have to deal with a headache from drinking it so late. So hungry this morning so hopefully BF remembers leftover quesadillas from last night to make up breakfast with. Have a giant salad for lunch and boy do I need it. I need to get away from gluten and cheese! The bloat is real as TOM is coming late this week and my food choices determine if the bloat is tolerable (hormone) or intolerable (hormone plus food sensitivities).

I’m in again! This quarantine is killing me... I’m at my highest weight I think in the last 5 years..i think I may have been around this high during the open buffet cruise, but now my home is an open buffet and I’m stuck in it! Need to take control and reverse the trend this week!!

04/18 247.4 I overate, it has been a really bad week, with tons of stress and I just gave in to some cravings. It wasn’t too bad, but it will be a few days before I’m all the way back down.

4/17-DNW-My friend and I, that we live with, drove, without stopping, 4 hours to see finally our kids. I dropped her off and went to my boys and we sat outside and ate pizza. It was a wonderful day, then we drove,straight, 4 hours home. It was just what my friend needed for her depression/anxiety from all of this, she got to walk on the beach with her boys. We were careful.

04/17: 139.8 (-.2) Lol forgot to post yesterday. I purposely ate lighter during the day so I could have pizza and drinks Friday night with the fam. And I did a challenging Peloton ride with some core, arms and stretching after. All in all, a good day.
04/18: 139.6 (-.2) Surprising due to the prior nights excesses 🙄 Today another good ride and core and some good old fashioned elbow grease to vacuum and clean the floors. Very exciting Saturday.
