    5.10-162 vacay all week so I knew it would be high
    5.17-163 a lot of things going on. Need to focus more. Will food prep Monday to help

    5.31-164 didn’t gain so that’s good. Will start working out again this week
    6.7-164 back at the gym this week so hope just some doms

    6.21-166 very sore today so hope it’s just doms. Added back in running and yoga to my gym workouts.

    7.12-168 i pulled a neck muscle last week so haven’t been able to do too much this week. Idk If it’s combo of that and the ibuprofen. Hope better weigh in next week
    7.19-168 I didn’t gain so that’s good
    7.25-168 nsv I did my first Zumba class at the gym this week. Have been to nervous to go by myself. I had a lot of fun.
    8.2-172 didn’t do well the challenge. A lot of stress and food food. I know I will do better next challenge.

    I did not meet my goal but I did lose more than I thought I would.
    For that, I am more than happy and slowly, I am trying to drink 6 - 8 cups of water a day which is more than the usual 2 cups.

    Thoughts for July: Welp, attempting to do a cardio challenge and completing 23 out of 31 days in July, really helped with my weight loss for the month. And I also started stricter calorie counting this month.

    05/29 - 174
    06/05 - 173 I'm doing a 5K race this Saturday and going on vacation on Sunday so the next weigh-in will be in two weeks. The goal is to not gain any weight.
    06/19 - 172.6 Slowly but surely I'm moving in the right direction. I had lots of yummy food on vacation yet stayed pretty active (tennis, weights, running, and swimming).
    06/26 - out of town, no scale.

    07/03 - 170.2 I'm happy with the results so far but I will have to push myself just a tad bit harder to meet my challenge goal.
    07/10 - 169 :smile: I have another 5K coming this Saturday 🏃🏻‍♀️ Today I feel especially good about the whole process 💪
    07/17 - 167.8 It was a great week for me: lots of workouts, healthy food choices, saying "no" to desserts, and being active through the day most days. All because of the race :blush: If only I could do this every week! :lol:
    07/24 - 167 Another good week. I'd like to incorporate more mobility work and weight training in the next few weeks.
    07/30 - 166.8 Slow progress is still progress :smile: Just one more month left!

    08/07 - 166 :sunglasses: Third and last (summer) 5K 's coming my way on Saturday 🏃🏻‍♀️ I'm very excited about this one. There's an easy run tomorrow if the weather allows but other than that all the training is done.

    There are not so many people left in this challenge. Congratulations to everybody who has stuck to their goals and (successfully) finished it!!! :star::star::star:

    Hi Everyone! Well, it's been another wonderful fitness journey with you. I met my goal by the skin of my teeth! More importantly, I leaned so much about my body, diet, exercise, and the power of community support! Ive got one more week on this challenge, then starting the next.
