Lose 15 lbs by June 30th

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to lose 15 lbs for ever. I decided yesterday that I will lose the weight by June 30th. I believe I can do it. I weight 160 and my goal is 145. I would like to find people that need motivation to lose weight and encourage each other . The key is to post everyday even if you are having a bad day. Who would like to join me?

    I had a great walk today and I was under 1200 calories. Feeling great!

    I definitely need to lose 15 pounds and June seems to be a great and reasonable goal!

    So I have been on a plateau for about a month. I keep bouncing between 158-160lbs. I think I might be recomping a little, since I'm on week 4 of a new lifting program, but it's still frustrating. I recently switched up my calorie goals, so hopefully that helps. This morning I was 158.0lb, so I'm going to start from there and hopefully get to 143lb by the end of June!

    I’ve been there before. Sometimes we need to make some changes to our exercise routine/calorie goals. How many calories are you consuming per day? . June 30th seems a reasonable amount of time to achieve your your goal of 143.

    @Paz922 I like the posting once a day idea! I will do my best to remember!! Mon-Friday should be easy, the weekends are when I might forget. We got this! I'm dropping water weight right now as well. I started the week at 149lbs and weighed in at 146lbs today. Thinking I should be leveled out by next week to a "real" weight. B)

    SW: 149 lbs
    CW: 146 lbs
    GW: 135-140 lbs
