I’ve been trying to lose 15 lbs for ever. I decided yesterday that I will lose the weight by June 30th. I believe I can do it. I weight 160 and my goal is 145. I would like to find people that need motivation to lose weight and encourage each other . The key is to post everyday even if you are having a bad day. Who would like to join me?

Let’s try to post once a day to keep motivating each other. Even if you are having a bad day, it is important to keep working towards our goal. I lost 3 lbs so far which I know it is probably water weight from the first week. We can do this together.

I’ve been there before. Sometimes we need to make some changes to our exercise routine/calorie goals. How many calories are you consuming per day? . June 30th seems a reasonable amount of time to achieve your your goal of 143.
SW: 149 lbs
CW: 146 lbs
GW: 135-140 lbs
