Hello everyone! Welcome to the sixth three-month pick-your-own-difficulty challenge. This challenge will last from May until July 31st. No need to have participated in any of the previous challenges in order to join this one. Just post that you're joining and boom, you've joined!

You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.

Level 1 - 5 pounds ★
Level 2 - 10 pounds ★★
Level 3 - 15 pounds ★★★
Level 4 - 20 pounds ★★★★
Level 5 - 25 pounds ★★★★★

    I got a new scale this week so I gained what I lost the last challenge. :|

    Oh well, a gain or loss was expected.

    Since I have reached my UG and have been in maintenance since January, I have decided to bow out of this challenge.

    Thanks @Kiyomoo for starting this again. I went back and forth if I should join again, I was having great success pre-SIP but my new lifestyle is making it hard for me to keep losing. I’m drinking too much, moving too little, and sleeping too late. On the bright side, my eating and workouts have been on plan, so that’s good.

    But at this point, why not? Accountability may help! Good wishes to all.

    I’m new to this and just starting out, I am watching what I eat and working out 5 days a week. Prior to this my weight was 271 and I knew I had to do something about it. I am looking to connect with others and gain motivation in this group.
