    I cycle commute 21 miles each way and do a club ride on most weekends (60+ miles)!

    9/3 - 50 min. walking, very brisk pace (participated in 5K)
    9/4 - 61 min. swimming, general

    More walking today 30 min on the treadmill w/ the Random hill program setting. Starting to not hate the treadmill so much, esp when rain and heat looms outside.

    9/3 - 2 hour hike at Cooper's Rock, WV
    9/5 - 31 minute run at our apartments' new on-site fitness room!

    O.K. I just finished cycling 29.8 miles in 146 minutes...Not a bad start!!

    90 saturday golf
    120 Sunday wash & wax car
    142 monday cyling 31.4 miles
    90 mondat playing golf

    so far I think that adds up to 588 minutes

    Monday September 5th: 3 minutes and 34 seconds of jumping jacks (200 jumping jacks done in 4 sets of 50 with mini breaks in between sets)

    I'd like to join. I joined one of these challenges in July but it fizzled out so I've been tracking it on my own. I am thrilled to stumble upon another group to help keep me motivated. I have my goal set at 1500. Managed to hit 1750 last month :)
