Hello! I've used MFP to lose weight a couple of times in the past. I've gained back 30 of the 40 pounds I lost back in 2018. So I'm starting again and I really want to make this the last time! Hopefully engaging with this community can help me keep on track.3

Hi guys, I currently weigh 85kg and I'm looking to lose 7kg in 14 weeks.
Is this achievable? I need your motivation mates1 -
Hi. Just want to introduce myself. I’m new here but not new to wright loss. In my life I’ve been anywhere from 106 to 206. Ive even earned my lifetime card at WW. I gamed the points tho and never ate healthy even tho I knew how. I’ve been off my feet for quite a while but feeling strong again and ready to get going. I hope y’all are feeling strong. If not, just remember how you eat an elephant—-one bite at a time.1

Hi guys, I’m Kara! I have always been athletic because I was in track since 6th grade to senior year in hs but never the body I actually wanted. I am now in college but I have always been self conscious of my body because I always compared myself to women with a more fuller look since i’m an ectomorph body type. It’s really hard for me to stay motivated so I wanted to try something new and be involved with a community that has the same mindset so we can help keep eachother going. I hope this will work for me to see how everything will change from here. Hoping to stay and continue to grow with everyone. Nice to meet everyone for the first time!3

Hello, I am Mar I've recently started to be committed to working out and learning to eat a lot healthier. Over two years I have gained 25 lbs and became self conscious of myself. I've decided to change my ways to improve my health.2

Hey all! From Nebraska.
I’ve been really good at working out (I use Beachbody On Demand), but my nutrition hasn’t always been great. My goal is to get my nutrition dialed in and I’m hoping this is the tool to get the job done! 😃3 -

Good morning everyone!
I am trying to be more strict and responsible for my diet and health wellbeing so am using this app to keep track.
Consistency was always my weakness, along with sweets and take away! I went to SA in January and came back a few extra pound heavier than I was happy with I was 87KG, and for me I wasn't happy.
I vowed to learn self discipline, control and consisteny, which is absoltely key!
I have surrounded myself with people that help to inspire me and has in turn given me the intrinsic motivation that I needed to make a healthy lifestyle change.
I'm by no means on a diet, I still eat the food I love (And I love food), but I eat it more moderately, and this is where discipline comes into play! I always told myself before that "I couldnt do it", and I would fail time and time again to make a a lasting change, always reverting to the same chimp in my head saying "I'm useless, I'm not good enough".
I am happy that over the last few month I have adopted a healthier lifestyle and routine (Despite these trying times), It has in fact been the perfect motivator for me, running, walking and cycling.
I have dropped 10KG and I'm now at 77KG, for me this is awesome because it has been gradual and I am keeping it off which has always been the difficult part.
I would say "Good luck" to all of those trying to achieve the same but instead I'll say "Go smash it", it takes hard work, dedication and consistency, don't let those past setbacks hold you back, they have been what have got you here today. It doesn't matter how much but try and do something everyday.
Be safe and stay well!
