    Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss challenge. Anybody weighing in today?

    Today is my weigh-in day:
    SW: 168
    GW: 148
    Week 1: 165
    Week 2: 164

    I'm still snacking, which has been another challenge for me. Updated strategy: In addition to distracting myself with a quick walk or other activity I am managing my calories during the day to enable me to have my night snack and help me to avoid going over my allotted calorie intake of 1270. I want to eat a big bowl of potato salad!! I did lose 1 pound this past week and that is a successful week.

    Hi! I would like to be added 25+ pounds to lose. I have a goal weight of 190 my current weight is 210. So far I've lost 8 pounds my starting weight was 218

    HI All, Didn't stick to my diet this weekend. I am disappointed as I did see 162 and 163 during the week, but on official weigh-in which is today I am at 164. I had some beer, sourdough bread and didn't go on my usual walks this weekend. I didn't think I was too bad. I guess I should be happy that I maintained the weight from the previous week instead of gaining more, right?! Anybody else weighing in today?

    I find I'd like to loose weight faster and wonder how come it seems so hard sometimes. It takes a lot of willpower not to eat large amounts of what I like best or snack. I try to remember it's a journey, not a sprint. I want to loose weight and must keep working at it. I hope everyone is doing well!! Stay the course!!

    Hello! I'd love to be added to the group. I can always use motivation and support! I started off at 214lbs, and am currently 142.4lbs. I have about 15-20 lbs left to lose. Goal weight is anywhere around120-125lbs.

    Another pound down this week! I've been walking, but I think I'm going to try a walk at home workout video I found on YouTube. It looks interesting and low impact, which I need. Remember it is a journey, so keep your goal in mind and keep at it. Have a great week everyone!!
