Hello,
I am getting back on track and wanted to join in if that is ok. I need a little encouragement and accountability.
I was on daily awhile ago and then got caught up in the chaos of life and wrapping up a certification for work and gained what I lost and some more. I am trying to do this slowly and not rush myself so that it is sustainable weight loss. (A new concept for me honestly.)
