Hello,
I am getting back on track and wanted to join in if that is ok. I need a little encouragement and accountability.
I was on daily awhile ago and then got caught up in the chaos of life and wrapping up a certification for work and gained what I lost and some more. I am trying to do this slowly and not rush myself so that it is sustainable weight loss. (A new concept for me honestly.)
Starting weight: 176.7 lbs (5/3/20)

I am shocked since I didn't do well yesterday as far as logging my intake (it was depressing, so I didn't add everything in) and my exercise didn't seem like much, but I will take what I can get!
