Hi guys! So today is my first day back at counting calories in a looong time 😂 so far, so good! it feels nice to be more in control of portion sizes and food choices; I feel like im holding myself more accountable. My husband and I are going grocery shopping in a few hours and it'll be nice to stock up on healthy snacks/fruits/veggies to help keep me on track! My goals for today: increase water intake and work out on my treadmill for 45 minutes 😊 hope everyone is doing well and moving towards their goals ❤4

My highest weight was 221 back in 2012. I got down to 185 and maintained that weight up until last year. This time around my goal weight is 150 but I want to focus on losing a little at a time 😊
Good for you! I am in the same boat. i am focusing on small goals to make it to my bigger goal!0 -
I’m in as well!
For me it would be 20 but I’ll take 15😊. Hello to everyone! I may add you all as friends and I need a lot of support. Is there a way to save this link somewhere. Stay strong my new friend.. we can do this

It was my period, my weight went back down today!
Workout & menu for the day done!
Down 2.6 lbs since I started 5/6/20 and 10.6 lbs to go!
It seems eating healthy is not good enough - portion control is EVERYTHING!!!2 -
Good Morning All,
Just jumping on to say I hope everyone has a fab day ! We are going to be continuing laying our new basement flooring tonight (really excited for my home gym to have floor finally instead of concrete!) but I do plan on getting two walks in with our dog.
Dont forget to drink your water!4 -

I need this! I cannot seem to go lower than my current weight for years! I have no gallbladder, and digestion issues so it's been crazy! If anyone has ideas on what they eat please send my way!

Checking in, I’ve been doing really good working out and dieting. Tomorrow I’m going back to work so hopefully I can keep up my workouts. What helps me the most is getting my groceries delivered which I started a couple months ago for convenience but, it stops me from buying anything on impulse. Overall I haven’t lost much weight since I started trying to lose weight about a month ago maybe 3lbs but I’ve gained some muscle.

Ugh. I'm having the HARDEST time getting back on the wagon!!! Someone brought donuts into work today and i had a couple BUT I logged the calories and plan on having a smaller dinner tonight. Just gotta stay strong this evening. Wish me luck!

Ugh, those tempting work donuts 🤦♀️ they are always hard for me to resist too!! The important thing is that you logged them, held yourself accountable, and have a plan to get through the rest of the day. You got this!👌2 -

Still going good here. It's only been 4 days, but I've gotten up 4 days in a row and did my workout. I've hit 10k steps everyday so far as well. Today we had McDonald's for dinner, but instead of eating a big Mac and large fries, I had a mcdouble and medium fry and was able to stay within my goal. I've been doing really well with not eating after 7pm and not before 11am too.
Keep up the good work everyone!2 -
Just checking in! Doing good over here. Included calorie counting with my exercises these past 3 days and I feel like counting calories has been such a good thing for me, its motivating me more and helping me stay on track. I even started pre-logging my food the night before (which I did when I was successful on MFP in the past), and it truly makes ALL the difference for me. I can adjust throughout the day if need be but at least I have a plan going into each day. Hope everyone is doing great! 😊1

I also started pre-logging my meals a couple days ago. It makes it so much easier not having to think about what or how much i am going to eat. Or having an odd assortment of macronutrients at the end of the day.5

Hello, hello! I'm aiming for about 15 pounds by the end of June too. Feel free to add me! I think I've been logged in every day for about 9 weeks. Going strong!5

I'm feeling pretty good this morning. I officially hit 20 lbs lost this morning from when I started in January (3lbs for this challenge). I feel so much better than I did at the beginning of the year, and I can feel my fitness increasing, too. I did a 45 minute run yesterday which I could never have done five months ago. My weight loss has slowed down recently and I feel like I have to struggle for every pound, but it is so worth it to see the lower numbers on the scale.
I'm super motivated to lose the last ~10lbs!2 -
Checking in- couldn't get on my fitness pal yesterday- app and web kept crashing every time I tried.
Yesterday was good made more progress on the basement flooring- should be fully done in a week and a bit
Food wise yesterday was rough- logged what I remember as part of my own accountability this morning and am moving on. Focusing on my water intake and calorie limit.2 -

Don't beat yourself up... great plan to compensate with a smaller dinner! Better than throwing in the towel for the day! Great job!!!2
