5/11: 253. I got down to 242 before christmas, basically maintained until spring break (when the shutdowns started and in person school stopped) and gained 10 back. It's time to start taking this serious again.

I hear that!! Boredom is my ultimate nemesis. I boredom eat like there's not tomorrow sometimes. I try to keep myself busy... Personal projects, studying for class, going for walks, journaling!! I even picked up the violin again (3 months of lessons when I was 11 years old), which I am self-teaching myself.2 -

One week does not 9 lbs gain! This is something else! Probably water, hormones, other body issues, exercise, scale error. Think about it, to gain 9 lbs in a week youd have to eat 4500 calories OVER maintenance every day! Just trust it will go away and keep chugging along with your original plan.2 -
