    Finally bought pepper spray! 😁

Depends. You following me around in a black suv? 🤔

If not, I still would like to see if it works. You volunteering?

You know what, now that I think about it...
    You better keep it... 😂

It says 25 sprays. I only need to practice with one. Five at the most.

I don't believe that was on the job description 😬

I was going to wait until your review, but congratulations! You’ve been promoted! 🎉

I ran two out of the three miles I completed today. I've never had the endurance to run an unbroken mile before, but today I ran the first and third miles without a walking interval.

    Congratulations! Awesome job!

I went for a quick run yesterday, and I was thinking:
'The last time I went outside and ran for fun, these were the state-of-the-art running shoes.'

It was TOUGH. I barely even got through the mile to be honest. But so so excited to get a routine up and watch the progress.

    • I am proud of myself for consistently logging accurately, even though I'm not seeing results (yet). I've been using Libra, this site and a group here to help me accurately log weight and see trends. I've logged, even when I was drastically over (which happened once). I feel like I'm slowly figuring this out (again). Finally.

I didn't take a nap even though I was tired, hoping I'll sleep good tonight!
