    That's a Canadian brand, Joe Fresh. I have a lot of their athletic wear as it's really good quality and not expensive.

    It's a little funny how pictures like this one from 3 months ago have become goals now that the gym has reopened, but such is the hand that's been dealt.
    There are actually two World Gym locations where I live, not far from each other. The one In this picture is the smaller one, and it's the one I normally go to. But it remains closed until Monday, so I went to the bigger one today.

    A bit nervous about posting this as only been exercising about a week properly due to injury. I'm 46 years old and would like to tone my body and work on a six pack if possible.

    Maybe others are in the same boat and we can encourage eachother.

    I'm getting over. A bad knee problem, so the exercises I can do are limited but I'm gonna do my best.

    Really happy with the progress I’ve been making. I’ve been doing yoga everyday during this quarantine and I’ve been trying to hike on the nice days.. sprained my ankle last weekend so now I’m doing chair workouts.. surprisingly difficult lol 💕💪🏻🍑

    This morning I took my first "boot camp" class in more than two months. Going to feel it tomorrow I am sure. Just five of us there today. Plenty of room outside for social distancing.     Same!! I’ve been doing our boot camp workouts 6 days a week via Zoom. But o.m.g. first day back yesterday and so sore. I love the feeling but it makes me wonder if I was seriously slacking during my workouts that I thought I was freaking killing it most days. 🤣
