FIT MOMMAS🦋💕 I know to each it’s own, but idk why pregnancy made me lose my butt, my butt wasn’t super big but it was getting there and now I have a small booty. This is just an example of my goal, BUT I don’t know if I should just get lipo and fat transferred to my gluteus. Is it hard getting your big booty back once you’re a mom? I don’t know if it’s more difficult to put on muscle but agh; I love the big bum look and I want mine big and round! HELP 🥴

Again?!?
Yes, just get the lipo. You obviously aren't willing to do the work and be patient.22 -
Girl I’m asking because many of my friends who are moms told me they never got their old booty back and I have no support or anyone else to talk to about fitness.quiksylver296 wrote: »Again?!?

My booty is way better now, than before pregnancy. But it has taken SIX YEARS of heavy lifting and patience. You obviously aren't willing to put in that work, based on your continuous posts with no progress.19

Six years is a lot by six years I won’t be young anymore 🥴 But congrats! I’ll see how I do once I have access to a gym again.0 -
Just get the surgery and move on. I agree you keep posting this over and over again, but you never seem to want to put in any time or effort to get any results you'd like to see.11

Well it was really hard for me because where I live no one really knows a lot about gaining muscle etc. I would post questions here and I would do the work but it didn’t work My butt never grew and I’m Apple shape so that makes everything worse. I accepted the fact I’ll never have the shape I want because my hips are narrowed. Surgery is so popular right now it gets me questioning if I want it, something mild of course but still, it sucks not liking your shape at all. Sorry if I was being annoying I just don’t have anyone else to vent to about this.Just get the surgery and move on. It can take months or years to see the results you are wanting. If they can be accomplished at all. You can't expect to see results in a couple months. That's a drastic change. It's like me getting upset that I haven't lost 50 lbs in 2 months. It's not going to happen that quickly.
And, in my opinion the girl in the picture doesn't look muscular.6 -

I don’t like the muscular look, I like the natural fat booty look. But tbh; I don’t know it my goals match the goal weight training gives you. I want it big round and jiggly. Not super hard like a rock, so I don’t even know what to do.0 -
But I mean...we got a pic out of the deal. Everyone is happy and got what they needed at the end of the day 💁🏿♀️2

Just like you can't spot reduce where you lose weight. You also can't determine where your fat ends up.1 -
I mean everyone has different goals and likings, I don’t like super muscular butts I prefer more the jiggly look but with not too much cellulite. I’m just wondering if weight training will actually get me to that goal, or a fat transfer.1

That’s why I’m saying, fat transfer will get me the big booty so idk if I should weight train or just get fat transfer it’s hard 😞0 -

And... we're back to my first answer.6 -
Girl I can do the work the thing is I don’t know it it’ll get me the results I want. Thick phatt booty. Not a hard rock muscular one.0
-
Get the lipo. You aren't gonna get a butt like that without medical interference (and probably not even then).10
-
"Phatt booty" is genetics.
And "muscular" booties behave pretty similarly to fat ones when they aren't flexed, only difference is they typically are rounder and less flabby. Not saying non-muscular booties are gonna be flabby in a gross way, but if they're primarily fat...well, that's just how fat is.
If you're not 100% committed to the work, you absolutely won't get the results you want. And it sounds like you want a quick fix, so no, I don't think working towards a bigger butt will work for you at all. Just based on what everyone else is saying about you getting the same answers and continuously asking.4 -
I know it sucks 😞 but I don’t wanna be unhappy forever with my booty lol0

There's no guarantees that getting surgery will make you feel better.6 -
Girl I like working out and lifting weights, the thing is I have friends who have had a BBL and I like the look and it sucks to wait for results that long, I don’t mind waiting the thing is that I don’t know if it’ll actually get me the look I’m striving for.brittanystebbins95 wrote: »"Phatt booty" is genetics.

@JanetReyna then go talk to a couple of cosmetic surgeons instead of MFP. Several people have replied to you but it's turned into a very circular conversation (albeit with a great pic).
Short story: Either do the work (with exercise and nutrition) or get the work done (with a reputable cosmetic surgeon).
Caveat: if you opt to get the work done, there's still going to be a requirement to regularly excercise and maintain nutrition aligned with your goals for a "Forever Phatty" 🍑7 -

Six years is a lot by six years I won’t be young anymore 🥴 But congrats! I’ll see how I do once I have access to a gym again.
I am going to piggyback off of @quiksylver296. I have two kids never had a booty in fact it was quite flat before and after kids. BUT after heavy lifting and crap loads of lunges and squats a finally have a nice peach. It took me a couple of years of dedication.
You have to be willing to put in the work. BTW I'm in my 50s so you don't have to be young to get the nice backside.14 -

Contrary to popular belief, there is life after 40. If you're lucky, most of life is after 40.
Until you're ready to get the lipo, do the work. The fat will look better on top of a muscle base. Not to mention that with aging, I fear that lipo stuff may be more droop than zowie.16 -
Food for thought... having surgery to change our bodies is a topic that is controversial, like politics or religion... it’s each person’s own choice. I challenge you to research the process, side effects, and personal beliefs. When we adjust our bodies surgically, the fat will appear elsewhere; therefore, one problem you never had before is a problem you have now. It is also something that requires life long maintenance because if you don’t, then the weight gain/loss can ruin the look you were going for in the first place. So, with that said... both takes time and effort and both need to be maintained daily.3

OP: try and be happy with what you have. What if the liposuction goes wrong?
I was formerly a medical negligence solicitor. I specialised in boob jobs gone wrong. I have seen some awful pictures. I’d never run the risk personally.

It’s taken me about a year and a half of strength training (after 3 kids) but my butt looks amazing now. My husband just keeps raving about it, so I guess all the work finally paid off. If you want go ahead and get the surgery, but the benefits of having toned and strong butt muscles are crazy important. You may not have problems now, but think about the future. The butt muscle is super important. And work on your core and all that, for health as well as vanity.5

THIS is what I think too. Surgery can go very wrong and then you can have problems for life. Is this fixation worth it? Really worth it? Then just do it. However, I have a sneaking hunch that after surgery you won't be happy and will have something new that you want to fix.3
