A bit nervous about posting this as only been exercising about a week properly due to injury. I'm 46 years old and would like to tone my body and work on a six pack if possible.
Maybe others are in the same boat and we can encourage eachother.
I'm getting over. A bad knee problem, so the exercises I can do are limited but I'm gonna do my best.
