Whether you weigh in daily or weekly, please join me for June! Personally, I like to weigh in everyday with the understanding that weight fluctuates. The importance is seeing your weight trend going down. This is all about responsibility (ME) and accountability (YOU) for becoming a healthier US! I look forward to seeing your weigh ins on May 1st :)

    I will join in too! First community challenge so I am clueless about what to do ... any help is welcome ! By commenting am I now “joined” or is there anything else I need to do?

    Yes you are in and welcome! First you have to decide whether you want to weigh in daily or weekly. Second on June 1st, weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Third , copy and paste my first post above and fill in with your info. See example below. Depending how often you weigh in is also how often you post here 🙂 Excited to have you join us and let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with!

    Example:

    June weight loss:
