I'm on track for my mid-June goal (which was set in early April) to lose 3% body fat.
So the next goal is to start tracking my arm measurements, lift heavier with upper body excercises and see a 1" reduction in 30 days.11 -
I'd like to get to 70kgs by the end of the month. I'm at 74kgs this morning, so it's doable.8

I want my work wardrobe to fit me on July 20th. I can't afford a whole new wardrobe. Hopefully 5-10 lbs will get me close enough to be able to use them. Another 5 after that to make them actually fit lol.9

My primary goal this year is to drop 25 pounds, from 220 to 195. While I've lost ~13 pounds since March 1st, I've been stuck at 206 for a while now despite exercise & diet, so my mini-goal is to simply break through this and back on my way to my goal weight by this fall... I think I need to institute some variety and vary the intensity in my exercise regimen more so than I have.6

And I'm so excited about it. Considering getting a size 6, too, to hang up next to them and really be thinking towards the future.
The 8's are a little tight, but I'm wearing them right now. Can't wait until they are the ones I automatically reach for because they fit well and look good.
The size 8 jeans fit perfectly this morning. Guess I really should go buy some 6's so I can start aiming for them!!!!!9 -
To get a 31 day streak! If I make it, I'm rewarding myself with a cheap sundress. I already have my next milestone after that planned out, just so I KNOW I won't stop after 31. Today is day 17- so a teensy bit more than half way!8
