    All excess water weight, as my body is readjusting to being back at the gym. I'm setting weekly goals for myself of being under maintenance calories at least 5x a week.

    Hi, I'm new to my fitness Pal challenges but I need all the help I can get. I had my baby last May and nursing her has led to a very sedentary lifestyle eating biscuits and now I have to pay the price. I have gained 4 stone since falling pregnant and it needs to go! I am now doing intermittent fasting and extra long dog walks, although I already did 45 mins a day before. So fingers crossed I shift some weight this month
