Did a 30 minute body weight and jump rope workout today and took a nice long walk in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Food was OK for the day. Tried a new Chobani flavor since I generally enjoy their Greek yogurt--it was chocolate with hazelnut--didn't love it. Thought it would taste more like Nutella--it did not.

I finally lost the weight I gained in May 🙂 I still have the whole month of June and the goal is to either keep it or lose a couple more lbs. Let’s keep tracking and choosing healthier food, walk 30mins and drink lots of water everyday but please remember to be kind to yourself ☺️4 -

So yesterday I walked 8 miles total (2.5 treadmill miles, 3 were with dogs, and the last 2.5 were angry treadmill miles). Did a YouTube leg workout and my legs are really tight today, so I'm thinking the gain is water retention/DOMS (day of muscle soreness). That's what I think, and I'm sticking to it, never mind the fact that I had ice cream after the angry miles lol.
Today was day 1 of a 50 crunch/20 burpee FB challenge ran by a friend, so I got that done and a YouTube ab workout. Will get the dogs out for at least 2 miles today, and a zumba class with a friend tonight.4 -

Great job with your excercise! I say its water retention as well 🙂 those micro muscle tears from working out need the water to rebuild! Keep it up and enjoy the ice cream 😋3 -

Yesterday I reached my water goal and went above it. Got a lot of movement in between mowing the yard , weed eating and then walking almost 3 miles right after that.
Woke up today with no neck pain and barely a headache. YAY!
I can't believe I have gotten down to 225.8 it has been awhile since I have been there.
Goals today- I am going to keep resisting sweets, try to get 4 miles in today, and hit my water goal again today.

I just joined yesterday so if you're late, I am too! lol. I find weighing daily helpful to figure out how my body reacts to certain foods and exercises. If I eat Chinese I know the scale will be up 3'ish days.1 -
I'm in too! I started my own weigh-loss journey on 5/29, Friday, so I'm weighing myself on Friday mornings. Next weigh-in will be on 6/5. I'm planning to reach my goal in about 3 months or so, depending on how things go.5

There is no need to delete the previous days. Just like @harper16, I copy previous day info then add my current weight and adjust total weight loss accordingly 🙂3 -
